I love this battery I love the fact that they put the meter now that you can plug it right into the battery I love that however the battery charger that came with this is terrible the first one I got just quit on me and the second one I got when it's done charging the fan never shuts off I've contacted support and so far they will not take care of this charger problem so the battery itself is good the meter is excellent but the charger I wouldn't get. What they need to do is just offer this battery with the meter that plugs into it and leave the charger out of it

I bought a 48 v chins battery on May 20th. Battery and charger works great. Got a 36 volt on same date, this cart was a complete rebuild, the 36v would not charge no matter what i did, took approximately 10 days to get a return label from this company, got the replacement battery on June 4th, finally got rebuild done and battery installed, and have noticed charger on 36v will not shut off. i sent a message to seller and accidently typed wrong message, this is what i put... I have everything installed and battery has charged to 100 percent, why doesn't the charger keep charging. The reply from seller .. Hello. According to the information you have provided, your battery is fully charged. Therefore the battery can't keep charging. Kind regards.... i meant to put .. why doesn't the charger stop charging. the reply was...The system of our chargers has been changed so that they have the ability to activate the battery, therefore the battery will go into a monitoring state when it is fully charged and will not turn itself off. You need to turn off the charger manually. Regarding the green light, it does not switch to green because the charging current is below 2A and the voltage has reached a predefined value, which is one of the signs of a fully charged battery. My concern is the 48 volt I had gotten in 15 days earlier the charger does shut off when full.. I will change the review after more time with this battery, but it doesn't seem right to me that one charger shuts off and the other doesn't, and i get 2 different answers in just a short time after i asked the wrong question, seems contradictory
