The tablet has great screen quality and is easy for my children to work. The only con I have is that it doesn’t stay charged long. It stays charged maybe 4 hours. Even when it’s not being used it doesn’t stay charged long.

My son received this tablet for Christmas and loved it. After about 2 months of use, somehow the charger was not connecting with the port then died and could not be charged or turned on. I contacted the seller and Becky promptly got back to me. She was very understanding and happy to help get me a replacement. She emailed me a prepaid postage label and all I had to do was ship it back. 2 days after that she contacted me to tell me a new tablet was shipped out and I received it a few days after that.
