As a kids scooter this is great. The pain job looks good, the led lights are fun, and the integrated bluetooth speaker is a neat bonus. Don't expect premium quality sound from the speakers, but they aren't bad for a scooter. The scooter functions just like any other hoverboard style scooter, and my kids were able to get going on it easily. I originally ordered the scooter with the crazy idea that I might try it myself (since my kids already had their own). It is marketed as a scooter for "all ages," "7 to 107," "Kids and Adults Love It," but the included manual says it is intended for kids. As a result, I haven't tried it. I don't know whether the listing information or the manual is incorrect, but I will defer to the manual for now. ... show more

Design is exactly as advertised You must put your feet on the edges of the hover board so that it can accurately read and balance that you are on it before it allows you to start It does have a delicate take off so you must monitor the young person or whoever is using it that the hover will pick up on any body body gesture and movement and move accordingly which is cool but also a bit difference, SO I do advise to start off on a rug so that you have a space to get use to it and get to the know the device.
