This is a garbage product. the acrylic came so scratched and completely fogged up to the point where to make the screen visible i had to remove it. The acrylic stand was also scratched and hazy to the point where all the acrylic panels need to be sanded and polished or just thrown away. The mount for the cpu heatsink is non standard, you cant replace it with any other heatsink. The firmware might technically be open source, but it is not the standard open source bitaxe firmware and near every metric on the dashboard is broken. The only benefit this product has is it supports usb c pd and overclocks decently. I would recommend avoiding this product at all costs, just getting a proper bitaxe and modding it youself. I would be embarrassed if i shipped a product in this state to a customer.

Original review: Seems like an upgrade from the standard 601, with the acrylic and white PCB looking cool. Running 650/1150 1.4TH no problem on the stock PS. Edit: I wanted to add an update that the default firmware is not actually the open source version.. it looks like they made some modifications. It also did go offline for an hour and it made me lose some confidence. On their website, they are trying to get people to pay for a firmware service, which is simply not correct. Bitaxe is supposed to be an open source project. In retrospect I would not get this one again. Check out the PowerMiner Bitaxe instead.

Very happy with my purchase. I couldn't find much information with people comparing this to the BitAxe. Even someone asked this question on r/bitaxe and no comments. Now after having both, I can say this is like a pre-modded BitAxe. I have a BitAxe with basic mods, The upgraded heatsink from SoloSatoshi (Not IceTower or Copperzilla) and Noctua fan & copper heatsinks on VRM/back of ASIC. Hashrate approx 1.45Gh/s Overclocked to 700/1150 pulling 25.8v and ASIC Temps around 63-65 :( This NMAxe is running 100% stock, Stock freq and voltage 600/1125, pulling 21.6 volts. ASIC temp around 48c :) On top of that, it looks so much better IMO. Plus I prefer the display on this NMAxe.

It worked well until it didn't. Not worth the money in my opinion. I bought it as a novelty. For the price, I expected to get at least 2-3 years out of it. Total Shares: 3 610 256 019 BTC Firmware: 2.7.03 and 2.9.31 OverClock: 600 (default) Vcore(mV) 1125 (default)

I am returning my miner. Tried for over 3 hours to get it to operate correctly. I have 3 other Bitaxe gammas just liked the way this one looked with clear stand and different screen. It would start hashing fine then just randomly turn off!! Not sure what’s going on with it just want my money back.

Looks good out of the fancy box but could not get it to operate, spent a couple days trying but nothing worked, maybe it was just bad luck, I dont know. Sent it back.
