What can I say, it does precisely what it is supposed to do and makes shaving more pleasant. Just like it says it is unscented so it will go with anything else and is impossible to offend the nose. The consistency reminds me of a water based lubricant, imagine that. Only way this offering could be improved for me is if it used a pump dispenser to control the dispension better. But I love this and am happy with my purchase.

This oil seems great at first use. It goes on easy (though may be a touch more fluid than I'd prefer) and leaves the area sliding easily. This lasts long enough to do the shave most of the time, unless used on an extensive area. That said, I can't bring myself to give it an overall positive (4 or 5) because I've found that it seems to irritate my skin. Each time I use it there are certain areas on my face/neck/head that come away red, itchy, or some times even sting. Using it two days in a row made it really rash up on the worst areas. Possibly an Allergy, but given the bottle is a bit vague on it's ingredients (threw out the box if that was better) I wouldn't even be able to compare to consider. Stopped use and seemed to clear up. If I find a logical explanation that seems make this more innocent I'll change my review, but until then I have to assume many folks would get the same as I don't have a lot of those type of allergies. Part of the deduction also comes from the bottle packaging. I thought it looked like a reasonable size bottle to pack in my toiletry bag for a trip (granted it's large for TSA, so we're talking in checked bag). The stuff leaked ALL over. Luckily I had it inside another plastic bag with a couple other things, but happened twice despite not showing signs of opening. TLDR version: Oil works great while you're using it, but beware of possible skin irrigation, allergies, and bottle leaking in transit.
