We got this bike for Christmas for our daughter. She loved it but it only worked for one day. I reached out to customer service and they said they would send a new one out. That was almost 2 months ago now and we still haven’t received a replacement. Nobody will return emails and there is no phone number to call. Of course the company drags it out so you are out of the window for a refund. It’s a piece of junk and a waste of money.

* UPDATE* We did reach out to seller and were able to get training wheels sent. Please make sure to check your parts, especially if it is for a gift. We bought this bike for my son's Birthday recently and the bike is great but it was missing the training wheels and has dampered the experience because my son needs the training wheels. He is having a hard time even with our help because it is heavy for him. He is 5. I wrote the seller twice and requested an exchange but I have heard nothing back. Such a bummer.

This was the most favored Christmas gift this past year. We have had some snow but any chance we can get it out we do. It goes fairly fast for being a battery operated vehicle. I have a 3 year old and an 8 year old that love to ride it together. It does have a lot to put together but the instructions were easy to follow and it was together in no time. The working headlights, music, and horn are a blast to play with and makes night time drives a little extra exciting being able to light the way.

Purchased this a month ago as a Christmas gift . When it arrived I checked that there were no broken pieces . But I failed to check for the instructions. Today, 2 days before Christmas I am trying to build this without instructions and ITS SO FRUSTRATING . I browsed the whole web. Finally came across to a video and it gets worse I’m missing all the screws and bolts ….. I did connect the electrical parts together and it does work . Just need to puzzle this or just return it

Such a neat motorcycle very impressive. However, the package was missing the training wheels which was essential for the use of my 4yr old. Since the part was missing, the bike was pretty much useless. Tried several different routes to contact the seller, but ultimately returned the item and purchased a similar motorcycle from a different seller.

The media could not be loaded. I bought two of these bikes around Christmas 2024 and they've never worked properly. It's now spring 2025 and the darn things don't even want to move. I paid over 600 bucks for these bikes and all there good for is looking like fun. But they're just a very big disappointment. I feel like I've been scammed and will never trust Amazon again when it comes to anything battery operated. I should have went to temu haha. Thanks for stealing my money i really love when that happens.
