This is a simple mp3 player and the price ($25.99 at the time of writing this review) reflects it. If you’re wanting an mp3 player with a smooth interface and lots of functions and stellar audio quality, look elsewhere. This 32GB mp3 player is a basic player that doesn’t connect to wifi. It is lightweight and comes with a strap so you can hang it around your neck. The mp3 player plays music through the speaker or can connect to headphones (Bluetooth or wired). The sound quality is not top of the line, but it’s pretty good for a tiny, inexpensive gadget. This is good for kids if you want to give them something that can play their own music or audiobooks without giving them something expensive you’re worried about them breaking and without giving them something that gives them too much access.

It makes me feel embarrassingly old, but my 10 and 13-year-olds both think that MP3 players are awesome little vintage products right now. I wasn't about to go searching for an actual iPod for them to use, so I thought this was a nice alternative for them to experience MP3 technology. The interface was easy to use and operate. I like that the features are simple and basic, as this means this device lacks the addictive properties of most other screens that kids have access to these days. My kids of course had to learn what it was like to download MP3s and not have the entire world's music library at their fingertips, like with streaming services, but this also meant that I could have more direct control over what they were able to listen to. The sound quality is about what you would expect at this price point. It's not a garbled underwater garbage heap, but it's also of course not as clear as what you're going to get on a high-end speaker or expensive cell phone. The value here is more in the novelty of it all. Overall, this is a great little device if you are trying to limit your child's access to screens, and give them an inexpensive piece of technology that you won't have to worry about being stolen. If you are looking for something with higher end features or the ability to play more sophisticated games and apps, this is not the Droid you're looking for.

This MP3 player is marketed as a 32GB portable device for kids, designed without WiFi, making it simple and safe for travel or everyday use. Overall, it’s slow but ok, the interface and response time aren’t very fast, but it does play music reliably once files are loaded. The compact size makes it easy for kids to carry, and the 32GB storage is plenty for songs and audiobooks. Talk about nostalgia!!! This mini MP3 player brings me back to the iPod Nano I had years ago. I got this for my kid and they really love it! It's really easy for them to use, and comes with so many accessories. I was pleasantly surprised to see everything that came out of the box. There is a screen protector, silicone case, wired earbuds, and lanyard string. They also included an operating manual. Everything is great quality and works as it's meant to. The sound quality from the speaker and headphones is great. My child(8) had no issue keeping the earbuds in. There was no issues when connecting their Bluetooth headphones - it was an easy process with the dedicated Bluetooth button. We love the touchscreen features. We have not experienced any lagging with the screen, and the visual quality is exceptional for a value device such as this! Before we added music, we were able to use the FM radio after connecting the earbuds - they work as the antenna. My child listened to that for awhile before I added music. Adding music was super easy! As soon as you connect the device to the computer with the provided USB cord, you're able to access the device files, and add music from your computer files. Since I didn't have any already saved, I was able to use a Google Youtube to MP3 Converter and download some music files to transfer to the MP3 player with ease. After ejecting the device from my computer, my child was able to instantly access the music and play it without any issues. Of all the recent electronics I've gotten them, this is easily their favorite! I highly recommend this amazing modern little MP3 player as gift for any occasion for kids(and adults) including birthdays, Christmas, just because, and everything else!

I actually ordered this for myself as I can't find a way to add new music to my old Nano. I'm not good with technology so I wasn't sure I could make this work. This little device is a breeze to figure out and I am so happy that I ordered it!! I have several CD's downloaded on my computer and I just connected the two together and hit download. The music was there in a flash. And the great thing is I can listen to the music with or without headphone/earplugs. My Nano had to have something in my ears. You can also add pictures, ebooks, documents to folders, etc. It records, has an alarm, a calculator, stopwatch, and is bluetooth compatible. I absolutely love this little device. It would be perfect for my granddaughter so I may have to order another one. This one I will keep for myself.
