One of the chairs actually arrived with a huge scrape on the backside of the chair. I already put the other chair together and after reading other reviews I made a POINT of removing each piece carefully to ensure there were no scrapes on any part especially the cushions. I love the chairs, I'm hoping no one notices the scrape on the backside of the damaged one (someone sent a photo which exactly matches my scrape but can send one if anyone wants it). The box arrived like it was already opened and actually a "re-sent/re-packaged" not original packaging for sure!! It was ultra-taped and still partially opened while taped (tape actually held the box together with wide opening). I've seen packaging and this was WRONG on many levels. THANKFULLY the seller/company reached out to me to ask my opinion on their product. I relayed my situation and could tell they were surprised by what I received. They wanted to make it right and sent me a replacement for FREE, which was perfect!! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. I do love the chairs, they are attractive and comfortable. So I was disappointed which turned to thrilled knowing I would have perfect chairs I didn't have to hide due to damage. The Customer Service here, did exactly what they were supposed to do, make the Customer Happy. THANK YOU very very much. I would definitely recommend these chairs, you won't be sorry!! ENJOY

Bought this same set about eleven months ago. The quality and workmanship has taken a few steps back. Both sets were easy to assemble and seem equally sturdy. This second set is definitely not as plush nor is the workmanship as nice. These newer chairs lack cushioning on the seat and back. They are definitely not as comfortable as the first pair. There was a WHITE branding label on the seating seam which looked odd. On further examination it is being used to cover an incomplete finishing on the end of the fabric. Both of the new chairs are like that. I looked at my first pair of chairs and saw that the edging had been turned under and stitched. NO LABEL. A quick look and the end point on the seam would not even be noticed because of the expert tailoring. I am really disappointed that the quality and care have changed. Comfort and workmanship are only average. I had recommended these stools before. I would not do so now..

Update- changing review to 5 stars due to great customer service from the seller Bolante Furniture. Seller reached out to me to correct the issue. Issue occurred with one of two products so may have been an odd ball but since seller corrected the issue, I have no complaints. Recommend if you have an issue to work with the seller directly instead of customer service which was frustrating. The seller seems to care about their product and stand by it. These look great at first but less than a month in not so much. Issue is the trim ring on the top of hydraulic cylinder overlap fails/ falls down and when this happens, any lowering of the stool or turning/swiveling will scratch the cylinder; which is very visible since it is black. I could be forgiving for cheap stools but at $260 and less than a month usage it is horrible. Good luck trying to ship these back as you can't fully disassemble or compress the hydraulic cylinder back down.
