My son and I just downsized into a 2 bedroom apartment and the $600 bar stools we had were way to tall so I ordered these. They are exactly what I expected at this price point. They aren’t $600 bar stools but they don’t look cheap visually and are actually more comfortable than I thought they’d be. Whether they stand up to a 16yr old boy over time remains to be seen. I think they are fine for our needs. Also they were super easy to assemble - DONT FORGET TO TAKE THE CAP OFF THE ADJUSTABLE PIECE LIKE I DID!
