  • The L7T features Forced-Air Cooling, creating high power handling and ultra reliability. As the woofer's cone moves downward, hot air around the voice coil is forced out of the woofer. As the woofer's cone moves upward, cool outside air is drawn into the woofer cooling the voice coil.

These subs are the real deal. I installed the Kicker 51KGMDL7T122 in my 2023 Silverado ZR2 and they fit like a glove under the back seat. Zero modifications needed other than removing the factory storage tray. Kicker clearly designed this box to match the acoustics of GM trucks — the sound is deep, clean, and tight. Not muddy or sloppy like some prefab boxes. I’m running them on a DS18 ION1200.1D amp and the match is perfect. I was worried it might be too much or not enough — turns out it’s just right. These 12s hit hard but stay musical, and they don’t rattle or buzz the cab like my old 10" sub did. I’m seriously impressed with how well they handle low-end rumble without distortion. If you want real bass that doesn’t kill your interior space or require custom fiberglass work, this is it. Kicker knocked this one out of the park. This fit under my seat in my 2014 Chevrolet double cab perfectly. I always have preferred ported boxes and wasn’t sure about the shallow sub design and sealed box , but man this thing is super impressive. It covers a wide range of bass from punchy bass to the low frequency bass . Wow! I paired it with a pioneer GM-D9701 2,400W,1,200W RMS at 1 ohm perfect for the two subs. Wired the subs in series to take advantage of the 1,200W RMS and do they bump. Box is very well built. Installed it in my 2024 Silverado 1500 crew cab fits and looks amazing. Really satisfied with this product ... show more
