We bought this third scooter so all our grandkids can ride together when they visit. Now that they are older, the large 8-inch wheels are a great fit for riding on our dead-end street. The value was one of the strongest selling points. Other features that caught my attention were the hand brake with a rear disc braking system, the rear foot brake, rear suspension, adjustable handlebars for riders of different heights, and a 240-pound weight capacity that even allowed me to ride it. The scooter also folds for easier carrying. The downside is that all these features add quite a bit of weight—the scooter weighs about 12.5 pounds. Taking the scooter out of the box and assembling it was easy once I realized that a plastic retainer under the handle clip had to be removed and discarded before attaching the handles. The instructions do not mention this step. After that, assembly was straightforward. The folding mechanism was also a little tricky because it would not budge at first. I loosened it and, with a little effort, was able to unfold the scooter. Once I locked it in place, the locking bar was loose and needed adjustment. The fixes were simple, and everything works well now, but the locking bar is something to monitor. To fold or unfold the scooter, release the pressure, pull the loop to unlock it, and move the scooter into position. Before riding, make sure the bar is securely seated in one of the grooves. Yes, that is me riding it at 225–230 pounds. Since the listed weight capacity is 240 pounds, I decided to give it a try. Not bad for 65—it was fun to ride—but I will leave it to the kids. I also learned that the narrow wheels do not handle soft sand or dirt well, especially while turning. Grass and gravel are not ideal either. This scooter is best suited for paved streets. Overall, this scooter offers a strong combination of value, useful safety features, adjustability, and durability for older kids riding on paved surfaces. Assembly and the folding mechanism required a few minor adjustments, and the scooter is heavier than simpler models, but those drawbacks are manageable. For families looking for a sturdy scooter that can accommodate riders of different heights, this is a solid choice.

This scooter has been the best outdoor investment I've made in a while. My kid uses it constantly, and honestly, I've borrowed it a few times too. The adjustability actually matters: The handlebars grow with your kid, which means this isn't a one-season purchase. We've had it for over a year, and my daughter still has room to adjust upward. That's the kind of practical design choice that makes a difference in whether something is actually worth the money. The braking setup is solid: Having both a foot brake and a handbrake gives real control. My kid can stop quickly if needed, but she can also ride smoothly without constantly slamming on brakes. It's way more responsive than cheaper scooters where you're basically just hoping you can stop in time. The ride quality is noticeably better: Those 8-inch wheels actually absorb bumps. Sidewalks and driveways aren't perfectly smooth, and you feel the difference when your scooter's wheels can handle that. The non-slip deck keeps her feet planted even when she's picking up speed or making turns. She feels secure, which means she actually rides it instead of being nervous about falling. Portability is legit: The quick-fold design means I can actually carry it when we need to. It doesn't take up a ton of space in the car or at a park. That might sound minor, but it's the difference between "we can bring the scooter" and "forget it, it's too much hassle." This kick scooter will be great for kids. As an adult I'd only say its ok and if over 200lbs I would not recommend it due to the suspension, braking capacity and ground clearance issues. It rolls pretty smoothly and has a bunch of features. I was really surprised when I saw it had ergonomic shaped grips. The scooter had quite a few cons to me though. First the handle bar/rear disk brake was not adjusted properly out of the box to where it would not apply fully. I readjusted the cable myself but even then that disk still doesn't offer a lot of stopping power for a heavy adult. Then the suspension on the factory setting I actually scraped the bottom of the scooter on an uneven piece of sidewalk where there is a tab that hangs down and had to bail off. You can tighten the bolt on the rear spring only and it definitely helps with clearance. After adjusting it I no longer had any clearance issues. If the rear spring is too soft it actually gets really hard to push the scooter. For me at a little under 200lbs I had to keep my foot at the rear of the scooter because if at the front of the platform the front spring fully compressed. I've only had the scooter on a few short rides and the grip tape is already coming up. The handlebars even when tightened are a little flexy under the weight of an adult. My feet would some times catch the plastic around the main deck and make a popping noise. To me this scooter could be a good value for a kid and they could have a lot of fun as long as the parent thoroughly does a safety inspection prior to handing it over to their kid. As an adult I feel it is a bit over engineered and it opened up new problems.

I am an adult and when I checked the weight limit of this scooter I was so excited to see it has a 240lb weight limit. I put this thing together as soon as it arrived so I could ride it immediately. The handles are a tiny bit confusing. There is a plastic piece you have to remove before you can insert the handles but the instructions dont mention it. Once that is removed, make sure you find the holes. Once you do that, line the pins up, push them down, and slide them into the housing until the pin clicks back up into the hole. Then follow the rest of the instructions. I weigh about 197lbs and this scooter felt very sturdy and stable as I rode it. I got the black color and it looks great. The wheels are bigger than a standard scooter and are made of hard plastic. This did not detract from the smoothness of the ride though. Though the wheels are larger, I would still be cautious of bumps and holes while riding. It was not suited to grass. Definitely best rode on flat hard surfaces. The kick stand is super convenient. I havent been able to kick it out though in any other shoe but tennis shoes. Riding the scooter is definitely a close toed shoe activity. When not riding, it is super easy to fold it into a smaller version so it can be stored. The handle bars come back out if you push the pins in to remove them. Overall this is a really nice and solid scooter. I am excited to be able to ride it more.

I really like the apricot pink color on this scooter. It’s a fun color without being overly bright, and the overall design looks sleek enough that it works for both kids and older riders. The one-click folding feature is probably my favorite part. It makes it much easier to fold the scooter up when you're done riding and store it in the car, garage, or closet. I also like having dual brakes because it gives you more control when you need to slow down or stop. The scooter feels sturdy while riding, but it isn't so bulky that it becomes difficult to handle. The handlebars are comfortable to hold, and the deck gives you a good amount of room for your feet. It rides smoothly on suitable paved surfaces and is fun for cruising around the neighborhood or park. I think the age range is one of the nice things about this scooter. It can work for an older child or teenager and is also usable by an adult, so it isn't something they'll necessarily outgrow right away. Overall, it's a fun, practical scooter with a convenient folding design and a really cute color.

This is a really nice scooter! A lot better than the ones I had when I was a kid. The fit and finish is excellent. The build quality seems good. I got this for a six year old girl for something fun to play with when she comes over. The assembly was pretty easy and fairly straightforward. The folding mechanism works well and is incredibly easy to use. The scooter rolls smoothly and the deck has plenty of grip. The suspension is a nice feature and so is the option of choosing between the disc or friction brake. So if you ever had a problem with the disc brake malfunctioning you have the back up friction brake to rely on. The handle bars and grips seem comfortable and provide good texture as well. Overall I think this is a very nice scooter along with a solid value and I can definitely recommend it.

I got this scooter for my 6 year old son, and it has been a great fit for him. The adjustable handlebar means he has plenty of room to grow, and the large 8 inch wheels give him a smooth, stable ride on the sidewalk. I especially like that it has both a hand brake and rear foot brake, giving him two ways to slow down and stop. What impressed me most is how sturdy it feels. I weigh about 185 pounds and can ride it without any problem, so this definitely doesn't feel like a flimsy kids scooter. The folding mechanism is also convenient for putting it in the car or storing it in the garage. It's a great scooter for my son now, with the size and build quality to keep being useful as he gets older.
