Inflow of air too restrictive for exercise swimming. other wise, fuller viewing field, fitting on the face, lack of leakage, minimal fogging and durability seem good. I use this for lap swimming, and because of this, I personally only use for about 15-20 min then it just too tight on my head to do longer than that with the more intense workout versus just casually floating and snorkeling. Don't forget to use sunscreen or you will have a very burnt red face. Yes I do like it pretty tight to keep the water out of my eye area. It is a great product.
