Got this lock to replace an older keyless lock. We wanted to be able to control remotely and see status of lock while away from home. In addition, it tracks events with the lock so can tell when kids are unlocking it to enter the house. It installed easily in existing holes for older lock and Bluetooth worked quickly. Issues with WiFi prompted me to contact the help desk. The Helpdesk tech (Eunice) responded quickly via Messages and got it squared away and working promptly. We had older keyless lock that was giving out so got this one as we wanted to be able to control the lock remotely unlike the older lock. Installed easily in existing holes for older lock. Got Bluetooth working quickly. Had issues with Alexa though. I contacted help desk and they responded quickly. They had me check a few things and had me rediscover device in Alexa.
