As many of the other reviews have said, it does not work! I have a 2019 Ford fusion which fits the description perfectly, however the key cannot be programmed. Battery is charged. The key is just junk.

    • DOESN'T PROGRAM
I had recently purchased a spare Mustang key off of another website, and it had the mustang logo on it and looked identical to my real mustang key, however, I lost that key while moving houses so I decided to buy another one. I ordered my second one from this company since the shipping was faster, and when I received it I took it in to the dealership to get it programmed. They tried code after code, and they could not get the key to properly program to my vehicle. It will start the car, but it will not lock or unlock it. I also tried programming my other spare (I found the one I lost in the move) and it acted like my new key wasn't programmed to my Mustang so it wouldnt program my third spare. I took my car back to the dealership and they were able to program the good spare with no problem. I am extremely disappointed in this company and with the key I received from them. ... show more

Purchased certified used vehicle that came with only one key FOB. Purchased for a back-up FOB. Saved a lot of money purchasing this item and having it programmed/cut outside of a dealership. If purchasing and already have two key FOBs, can program yourself.

Bought this so we'd have an extra key. It looks nice, but as with others, it doesn't work. Too bad I waited too long and now I can't return it. That's $50 wasted.

We held on to do this for a while. Too long to get a refund. Took to Ford dealership which said it would cost $185 to program. Then they told me it wasn't compatible. The description included 2018 Fusion which we have. Wasted our money.
