Bought this for my 2007 Dodge Charger. I used an Xtool D7 OBD2 scanner to try to program them and that did not work. However, it may have been the scanner so I sent them both back.

    • Perfect replacement key set
I got these (2) keys to replace the (1) OEM Key that I have for the following: (2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7L Hemi Limited Edition) It was an easy set up & they work just as they are supposed to. They are an exact replacement of my OEM key. I am happy.

    • One worked and one didn't,
When I received these fobs one of the fobs had the screw that holds the plastic casing together missing. I took the fobs to the local hardware store to get the keys cut and to program them. One fob programmed easily with no issues but the one with the missing screw could not be programmed despite multiple attempts even with a key programming tool. My saving grace was that the features on these fobs are identical to my OEM fob so I was able to take the circuit board, screw, and battery out of my old busted fob and put them into the new fob to make it work. The fob that we were able to program seems to be well made with the lock, unlock, panic, and trunk open features but for this price the company should have a better quality assurance program. ... show more
