It's just your average Keurig, you won't have any issues using it or difficulties in figuring it out. It's pretty straightforward and comes with directions if you aren't familiar with the Keurig-style coffee makers. Quick, convenient, and easy to use. Uses coffee "pods" which can come as a premixed coffee pod or the custom ones you can put your own grinds in.     • Good basic, inexpensive model
I had an "Office Pro" for 10 or 12 years. It was making noises as if the pump was going, so I started the hunt for a new one. I want to mention some of the differences between this model, and the old one. The old model had a dial to select 3 sizes of beverage, this model has 3 buttons, for the same 3 sizes of beverage. The cord on the old model was round, heavy duty, this cord is flat. The drip tray plate on the old model was metal, the new one is plastic. The drip tray itself seems to be flimsier on the new model. The old drip tray and tray plate fit on the new machine, so I'm keeping them. The office pro had an option to drain the heated water back into the removable reservoir , this model does not. I always put filtered water into my old Keurig, and the "descale" light never came on. I hope that will work just as well with this one. This machine will make good coffee at a lower price level, but does not have the extra features of the more expensive models. ... show more

This is my second Keurig. I wore out the first one and it was well worth the money. There are so many flavors of Kcups and no matter your preference, this machine is a good value for your money. It’s easy to use too!
