I have one, MAYBE two cups of hot drinks a day. This machine eliminates the need to use harsh chemicals to clean the inside. NO WATER IS STORED! Use the mug you're going to make your coffee in to measure water, pour, hit the button, and walla. DELICIOUS coffee.

It needs more than the 12 oz, or it won't make a cup. Be prepared to put a larger mug there to catch the coffee. Couldn't get it to give me a cup with less than 16 oz.

    • What's in a Cup?
I have had Keurig coffee makers since 2008. They have always been fast and produced a good cup of coffee. But this single cup is a disaster. The water pump makes a lot of noise when it empties the water into the heater and then it turns off. If you start pushing buttons the maker gets confused. A minute or more later it begins descending the water through the k cup. This maker is slow and irritating. Better to make the cup the previous evening and warming it in the microwave in the morning. It's faster. Keurig wants $123.00 for this?! ... show more
