Plug and play out of the box. My only issue was when i first filled the resovoir i had a bit of spillage when I inserted the water tank. Most likely user error but I will update if the promblem continues. My other issue was 100 percent my fault I plugged it in and got no power, only to realize i was using the nearby airfryer chord and not the makers lol. Once all of that was settled I found a great quality product at the under 100 price tag. I like the red color and love the fact the overall base is narrow, really great since i have a small room to work with. Brewed the coffee really quick. I diluted the taste because I have to have creamer but it tasted great to me! It's an Easy recommendation. Pull all of the seperate tapes off fill the water container insert your coffee cup ( k-cup / filters) and hit the desired amount. Pretty simple. Also shipping was next day. I don't have any complaints at this time but will keep posted if something changes. ... show more

I would have given 5 stars except that nowhere did it say the water filter had to be purchased separately. The machine is perfect- perfect size. Sleek design. The coffee is ready in seconds- it’s hot and flavorful- there are two of us in the house and we each have our coffee ready in 60 seconds. It’s really an “express” model. We received our product fast it was what described . But it was the wrong item no fault of there's. I thought it was bigger but it did work but it was the wrong one oops we all order at times . But if it could of worked for me I would of kept it nice quality and fits its purpose . So if a person needs a small one this is perfect . Great Job and again very fast getting my item . The one I ordered to replace it does not even work it was cracked when we opened the box and we plugged it in and it would not even come on and it cost big bucks . Oh boy did I go thru crap to get this issue fixed. Unreal we was excited to get it got to have our coffee before we seen the cracked part well it would not come om. So we called to try to trouble shoot well it was broke from jump so again I was disappointed . So we found one at Walmart and got works great . But the issue is that when I called to talk about it because when I went to do a return they only was going to give me parcel credit on a product that was broken and would not even come on I'm like ok I habe a broken product and I have to pay half of it anyway . Well that was it . It took me 4 phone calls several pictures to just get my refund and they said we do not except returns on this product well if is does not work we can not use it . So I got them to finally send Me a label.to return it after all it never did even turn on so we got a faulty product it happens but stand behind you 3rd party sellers make it right I was not asking for it free it broken . Or a free replacement . I could not wait 2 more days so I bought the same one at Walmart. So they shipped me a 3rd one from Amazon that I did not even order and now i have to deal with a product I did not even reorder .i hit options just put my refund back on my card instead they sent me a replacement I did not ask for . So I wrnt thru a big Hassel to get it canceled well it still came so I have to send it back just to get a refund for the first broken one . So watch this they will just op to replace it even if you don't want it replaced ok thank you . I love amazon never have I had this issue but it has been the biggest Hassel just to get a refund for a faulty product . So next time I'll check on who and what I order from this company . Who ever I talked to really told me a still be charged for something I sent back never used like I can help it waa broke cracked and would not even come on so it was im.sure a return and did not get noticed and just passed on ... show more

My Cheap-o Wally World K-Cup coffee maker I originally purchased for $19 finally went kaput. This Keurig happed to be on sale so I took a chance, figuring I'd upgrade to the future! It fits well on the cabinet and it's nice to have a clean water reservoir. The coffee is not as hot as the cheap-o unit but that's okay. I had to put a little ice in the old unit where this one I can tolerate pretty quickly. I am having to get used to a 12oz cup of coffee after brewing a 20oz for all these years. We have a tight space for the coffee bar so the right handed orientation of the buttons is annoying. It would be easier to place if they were on top but we managed. It's a good coffee maker but the only real gripe I have is the "strong" button and the "power" button are side-by-side. After a few sleepy-eyed mornings of hitting the wrong button and having to wait to power the unit back up to make coffee, just to hit the wrong button again, well, that almost made it a send-back for me but I powered though and think I have it down, now. This is a nice, simple coffee pot for one or two people. I've had the first one I bought for several months not. Brews well, small so if you have limited counter space it works well. However, I had to buy a replacement because when I was descaling it the instructions said to continue running the solution through until the "add water" light comes on but the light did not come on so I kept running it and it started smoking and quit working completely. Guess I burned it out. But I did like it enough to buy it again and it should be coming in today. ... show more
