My husband and I have been using Keurig coffee machines for about 15 years. For us the convenience is essential, as we have very different schedules for coffee drinking. He's up at 5:00am; me not until 8:30. He's on his second cup at 7:00; me at noon. He likes an early evening cup; I can only have decaf after 2:00pm. Etc. When our older Keurig went on the blink, I did a lot of research and read a bunch of reviews to see what's out there and this model consistently came up as no. 1 or 2. It did not disappoint. It makes as a good a cup as the much larger Keurigs. The taste is delicious, considering it’s a pod machine, and it comes out nice and hot. It also has all the features we need, including multiple cup sizes, a function to make the coffee stronger, automatic turn-off, and it turns on automatically when you lift the arm to insert a pod. What I really love is the aesthetics. It’s very slim and takes up a small amount of counter space, though it has a fairly large water tank. It has a nice sleek look, yet is still sturdy. The “stone” color is light and bright. I really like the way this machine has lightened up the way our kitchen counter looks—particularly since we have an open floor plan in our apartment where the kitchen is open to the living room. ... show more

Great taste,guess I Have three cups each day with this,sooo tasty,doesn't take up Counter space,even has option button to Have strong brew if u want a boost sometime lol!!     • A rough road to replacement

I purchased a K-Express on April 30, 2025. It stopped working on July 8, 2025. After about an hour convincing Keurig customer service that it had stopped working (I did all the trouble shooting steps they recommended). The support person kept saying I needed to descale - after two months of use in a coffee maker that would no longer pump liquid. They finally issued me a service replacement. I filled out the online form and then received this email: We could not process your request due to one the following reasons: Serial number is not valid. Proof of purchase provided is not valid. Proof of purchase shows a purchase date outside of our 1-year warranty. Proof of purchase states brewer was purchased “Used.” Proof of purchase provided is not from an authorized retailer. None of the five apply. It was a brand new Keurig, from Amazon with a serial number I used to register the purchase with Keurig (it was recognized as valid), and was well within the 1 year warranty. Update Another call to Keurig customer support got me to technical support (I think) and they reviewed my information (photos) First , my Amazon receipt was fine, then after manually checking, my SN was accepted. So I am supposed to be sent a replacement. Bottom line - too much effort required for a simple warranty exchange. ... show more

the best ever. All aspects of this coffee maker are superb-from the design and utilitarian features, I have never raved about a product to others as I use it every day. The sleek design, the wonderful water reservoir is so easy to fill and slides effortlessly on the back, the ease of opening and putting in the pod, the 3 different cup sizes, and the stronger brew choice add to the experience. But the best feature is the speed and 165degree of the brewing process. Phenomenal. I get a hot cup of delicious coffee in under 2 minutes.     • Still Working Great after Four Months Depite Me

Well, I came here to leave a one-star review because I thought my Keurig had malfunctioned after four months. In fact, I was just about to hit "Submit" when it occurred to me that I may have done something super stupid. Rather than using multiple coffee cups, I normally just use the same one, rinsing it out each day and leaving hot water in it for a few hours. (I run it through the dishwasher once a week.) But for some reason yesterday, instead of leaving it next to the sink before dumping out the water and placing the mug back in the Keurig, I must have put it in the Keurig with the water still in it. And then I didn't notice the water this morning. Reviewing security camera video confirmed this is exactly what happened. Ugh! So, my only gripe about this coffee maker is that it doesn't have a sensor in the drip catcher to automatically shut it off if too much liquid gets in there (due to what I did, or using a mug that's too small, or forgetting to put a mug in there at all).
