I was able to piece this file drawer without having to call the toll free number for help. The instructions and diagrams were easy to follow and this item appears to be quite durable. It took me a while to get it done, but that's because I had other distractions through out the day.

The inside of the box looks as though it tumbled off the truck. Just about all of the Styrofoam broken or damaged. Styrofoam all over the inside of the box like snow. Several pieces of the cabinet or dented or damaged in someway.

Product came in styrofoam packaging which exploded in pieces. I spent 2 hours cleaning the bits of packaging from the product pieces before I even assembled. Assembly was more difficult than any other product I have ever assembled. Directions were not clear. One piece was missing pre-drilled holes. I called customer service twice and on hold for 15 minutes each time before it auto-disconnected. I am unable to reach. Poor quality, poor customer service. Absolutely not worth the price.
