This was one purchase my husband and I could agree on. I drink coffee by the pot, my husband, the cup. I don't like sweet, flavored coffee. It's all my husband drinks. So this is perfect for us. It is easy to operate and I like the large tank that can handle a full 12 cups of coffee and my husbands single cup without refilling it. It all comes down to brewing a perfect cup of coffee. That all that really matters to me and this kuerig does just that. This replaced my bunn, not because it broke but because we had it so many years and I just wouldn't die. We came to hate that pot. I thought the coffee came out bitter and burnt tasting. But this keurig doesn't have that issue. It is perfect and I can't get enough. My husband has been happily going through a rainbow of flavors with the k cups trying to find his favorites. So this has made us both happy and I would recomend this brand over all others. This is the second time I have bought this product. It'll last Less Than 3 months. And then it just stops working I don't know if it's something wrong with the pump. As you can see from the video it sounds like it's trying to work it'll spit out a couple drops. And then stops it'll say to add water or descale. I have bought their useless descaling product several times. I have done the white vinegar descaling. Several times. However, even with the second time around it has done the same thing. I can understand having a dud maybe once. But not twice. I won't be trying for a third time. Twice is enough. I will be going back to my Hamilton. I should have known not to try something different. Just because it has a designer name and a designer price does not mean it's quality. And anybody who reads or watches the video I hope you think twice about buying this machine. And I did return it to Amazon the first time. This is just crazy two times in 3 months is just nuts for machine not to work. Buyer beware. Spend your money at your own risk ... show more

I have one of the old Keurig's and it has been a phenomenal single cup coffee maker. I've had it about a decade and it still works perfectly. Needless to say, it brews a great cup of coffee. My sister wanted to get a Keurig duo brewer. We received it the other day. It took no time to get it set up. Since my sister opted for the model that wasn't programmable, it was very easy to understand. Her previous brewer was and we never used this feature. Both the carafe and single brew make very good coffee. We are hoping it gives us good service. No problems to start with. It was very reasonable as far as cost goes. ... show more

    • Frustrated with lack of service! Now satisfied...
This product arrived in August. The whole pot coffee maker did not produce a full pot of coffee every other attempt. It repeatedly shut off in the midst of a brew and I attempted to ask the customer service for help to see what was wrong. The rep agreed the machine was faulty and said a new one would be sent. I now have called the company three times because it is weeks since it was reordered but the website said it had not yet been sent but was due to be received last week. Frustrated with the fact that the customer service is useless and still could not tell me why it had not been sent yet even though just today they actually admitted that the website reflected the reality that it had not been sent. Last two other times I called they insinuated that it may have been delivered to a neighbor and I should go ask around!!!! Finally Reached corporate. Apparently my warranty replacement order had been automatically cancelled as it was out of stock. Corporate customer service rep said next level up was also out of stock. Offered a higher priced model with same functions upgrade to accommodate me. New order arrived NEXT DAY!!! Happy and caffeinated again. ... show more
