Arrived by box truck. Had to take time off to accept shipping. Three boxes stacked on a pallet Middle box was damaged so that was done at the warehouse and ended up with a large crack in a exterior wall. Most the tongue and groove was warped causeing issues sliding the tongue into the grooves. The roof and window was warped so bad it has stress lines so it was a gentle fit. The floor cracked when I kneeled down to add screws to the wall. The door handle fit like a fisher price toy. Sloppy and no room for adjustment. Ended up pulling screw plastic handle . So I would avoid ever buying ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM. there quality control is crap and the cheap plastic is crap no spent too much money on this . With two people it took us all day and I know my way building these things. ... show more

    • Well made composite shed, flexible and needs level ground

I think the shed is good and relatively easy to put together. The composite material will last a long time. The instructions are really pictorial only and there is not much emphasis on how this needs a level foundation. I think if anyone has trouble their first mistake is that they did not level the ground. I dug a 4 inch deep pit back filled with gravel and leveling sand and placed 48 12x12x 1 inch pavers leveling each one with the last to make a 6x8 level surface. If you just put this on dirt you will be sad. Once you have a level foundation it goes together is a few hours. When assemblying the wall One needs to pay attention at each step that the pieces match and are at the same height or you will build a leaning tower instead of a shed. I put it together my self but a helper would be helpful. The walls are pretty thin so I bought some composite boards to mount a peg board to to hold hand tools on the wall. I probably would screw hanger directly into the bare shed wall. I should note that on initial receipt I received only 1 /2 boxes ( actually it was box 2/2). I called the seller and they quickly re shipped a whole shed with both boxes. It comes with a pallet and lift gate service. I now have 1/2 a shed eith pieces I don't know what to do with. I was hesitant about buying a plastic shed at first but I couldn't justify the cost of a wooden shed. So, I went ahead and pulled the trigger on this shed and I'm beyond pleased with it. The plastic should last longer than wood anyways. Once you've fully assembled the shed and filled it with everything you plan to store in it, it's very sturdy. In fact, it's much more sturdy than I had hoped or expected. The weatherproofing of this shed is top notch. As soon as I completed building it, heavy rain rolled through and not a single leak. I assembled most of the shed by myself then needed help getting the roof on and all the remaining screws in but I could see someone completing this by themselves, it would just take longer. I started building it around 10:30am and had it completed around 1:30pm that same day but the base I had already completed a couple days before. Delivery of the shed was through a third party delivery company who dropped it off on a pallet, no damage to the box in my case. It arrived in a couple days after I placed the order. All in all, I would buy it again in a heartbeat and think you'll be pleased with it as well. ... show more

We placed on strong plastic pallets. floor snaps together so no cracks, but isn't solid so needs flat surface to put on. super nice looking shed, not an eye sore like most. missing some screws and way too many of other screws but we got it put together. Takes two ppl min to put together. takes longer than they boast about. but worth it. seems it'll last for a long time. Empty 4 men can move it by hand, seriously, we did. ... show more

    • Very challenging to align the roof

The most important thing about this is that the ground where you're building it has to be absolutely flat. I'm finding it extremely difficult to get the roof panels to align. The challenge with these plastic structures is how easily all of the panels shift. You have to be really careful that everything is aligned before you start screwing parts together, or you'll be taking it apart to adjust the alignment, possibly more than once. One of the flexible corner panels tore along the seam, so I'll have to shore that up with silicone. Overall, it's well designed. The problems with assembly are just the way these types of structures are. The plastic window panel is ridiculously soft, and scratches easily while cleaning with almost any kind of cloth. Whatever plastic the panels are made out of have a pretty strong static charge, so if you lay them flat on the grass, all kinds of stuff will stick to them. ... show more

This shed was easy to assemble for 2 people that are not very handy. Took us maybe 5 hours. The hardest part was the roof... and make sure and read ahead on the door assembly instructions. A lot of the door parts can be assembled with the door lying flat. That would have been easier. But all in all, easy to assemble for 2 people, a ladder, an electric screw driver, and some hand screw drivers. You'll need a flat head screwdriver to pry some of the roof parts into place. I was in charge of reading the instructions and my husband was in charge of powering through all the screws. We made it through with very minimal fighting. I couldn't believe it. Anyway.. the shed looks great and you can't beat the price! ... show more

    • Save Your Money – Missing 26 Parts

Worst purchase I have ever made, and a complete lack of respect from Keter as a company. I bought this shed back in May, and today, when I finally opened the box to assemble it, I was shocked to find that it was missing 26 parts. When I contacted Keter directly, they told me it could take up to 18 days after they process the email they required me to send with all the information and a detailed list of the missing parts before they can even address the issue. In my opinion, I would not recommend this product to anyone. Based on the reviews I’ve read, it seems I’m far from the only person who has experienced this problem. ... show more
