I used this bicycle three times during the summer to shop for a few things I could take home in my backpack. The electric gear does not work. The battery is very heavy, so if you want to use it as a regular bike, you better remove that battery. After all, the battery only works to turn the lights and the digital screen on. You need to spend time turning on and off until the lights stay on. I have insurance and I plan to tell them I need my money back. I need to take some time to do the paperwork. Next time I want to buy an e-bike, I will go to the store to make sure it works.

This is the first e-bike I have purchased so have nothing to compare it to, but overall am happy with my purchase. I get a lot of comments from people regularly about how they like the bike or questions about how fast it goes and how much it cost. The kids for some reason love the tire size, but it gets just as much attention from the adults also. I get offers from people to buy it from me a lot to be honest. The bike itself lives up to its advertisement. The top speed I’ve gotten it to was around 26.5 mph according to the built in digital gauge. During the riding the bike feels stable and has no issues over any terrain I’ve taken it on so far. I’ve ridden it about 50 miles now and have only had to charge the battery on it once. I ride it everyday and it make it a convenient option for doing shorter commutes as opposed to taking a car. The bike actually makes the trip faster because I don’t have to worry about speed bumps or anything. The assembly instructions were kind of lacking and you might need to pay attention to them carefully because they don’t exactly explain what you need to do clearly. The brakes are kind of squeaking a bit also when I use them and that I’m not a fan of for it being so new. I store it in its own shed so there shouldn’t be a reason for them to do that from what I can ascertain. I have let a couple people ride it to try it out and the first thing they have both said was that it is fast. It definitely gets up and goes lol. So if your concerned about power, it is definitely not lacking that. My daughter also enjoys riding it with me and I have fun everytime I use it. The appearance over all is pretty sharp and everyone seems to notice it when you ride by. I’ve also ridden it on the streets and it’s funny when the cars are barely going faster than you are. That seems to shock a lot of drivers from what I’ve noticed. The lighting works great and is very visible adding to the safety factor. The seat itself is comfortable enough to not notice and the shocks do a great job at maintaining a smooth ride. It feels more like a low powered motorcycle to me than anything and I take turns on it like such through the neighborhood. The biggest issue is how quiet it is you have to be cautious when riding where cars are cuz they don’t expect you to pop up around corners. Overall it was a good buy and I’m sure I’ll get to enjoy it for quite awhile.

This is a good solid unit with excellent brakes. Rather disappointed when my wife's little 500w Vivi kept scooting up the hill when I am pedaling like a fool to keep up with her.
