For a cheap little alarm that has plenty of sensing and super easy to install, this thing is perfect. Its surprisingly very loud and is great to spook those creaping around a house that's being renovated or when out of town etc. Probably good for someone who doesnt want a fancy installed home alarm with a contract too. Has decent motion sensors also easy to install. Several window or door sensors too. All batteries included. Virtually nothing to wire except its power supply which is probably efficient enough to power the siren from a.battery too. Remotes have enough range and always work. Also have a nice little slide cover. Motion sensors are decently sensitive but not too much so they dont false much if ever. ... show more

Directions a little sketchy but it is easy to set up after you get through the word and language issues in the directions. I wish you could order parts separately. I didn’t need the window sensors but had to order extra infra red sensors. Siren is very loud and piercing which I wanted and sensors seem very sensitive. Remote is handy and has a slide cover to prevent accidentally setting off the alarm.     • Loud, works well and would buy again BUT,
I really like this system it's definitely loud outside. Not to bad for the setup untill you have to do a factory reset. Then it's a pain. Also, it states that you can set up several sirens HOWEVER, i have been unable to do this. I purchased 2 additional sirens when i realized i cant hear the alarm when in my basement. It says you can in the Q&A part it even states the instructions are on YouTube however I've yet to find it. If anyone knows how to set up a total of 3 sirens to this Kerui system please let me know. ... show more

    • Inexpensive piece of mind plus easy setup
Just love this alarm was searching for something more expensive and came across this $40 system . This alarm came screaming (working) out the box just love it simple setup no programming I had it working in about 15 minutes, mine had 2 motion sensor and 3 door sensor I only used one motion sensor the way my home is set up I don't even need the doors sensors... I set one motion sensor and focused it just inside my living room door on my main entry floor you can open the door without the alarm going off (sounding) and come in and I have the remote hidden only family members know where it is as soon as you get in you can turn it off the system so that the alarm doesn't sound the alarm will only sound If you go further into the living room any door you come in front or rear you have to pass on the main floor to access all other rooms upstairs or downstairs I always leave my remote at home since it's a big family and I don't want to order any more remotes the alarm feature is only instant on there is no delay to allow you to turn it all off I can live with that for the price, especially at after having a family member that used to live with me came back and stole from me if I had this alarm I don't think that would have happen hope it continues to work well but for the price and the simplicity off setup you can't beat it... ... show more

    • Works fine, but when trouble comes there is no manual
Bought it a couBought it a couple of months ago and it worked all right. It was easy to install and managed to set it up in a way that did not trigger false alarms. With the door sensors, I recommend you screw them; the two-sided tape it comes with is not very reliable. It will fall during the night and will trigger the alarm. After a while, one of the motion sensor started to trigger alarm. It started to blink nonstop on the receiving light. No idea if it is battery or other. I check the battery, which is a 9V, and it was sending 7.5 volts straight. Do not know if that is enough or if it needs a new one. That is the problem with the system you are guessing at sometimes what may be wrong, there is no manual for this little issues. I hope it is not a problem with the sensor. Otherwise, it will be very disappointing to me. With only a few months after buying it and with one motion sensor left. The package price becomes less attractive since you are only paying for a system that works partially. ... show more

Saw the reviews not sure why people are saying its hard to set up instructions are clear got it going in minutes, the motion sensors work great and the siren is loud. If you can run an extension cord you can plug in the siren keep it close to a window or even outside .Easy to arm and disarm with keychain remote. ... show more

    • Waste of time.
Instructions are poorly written & after repeating the setup process multiple times, none of the items would sync. I really wanted it to work. It's a great idea & a great price, but a total waste of time. Siren is super loud, so if it functioned properly it would be an excellent deterrent for thieves

Got these to help stop catalytic convertor theft. I saw a (utube) video {Make your own Catalytic Converter Theft Alarm.} on using these to prevent catalytic convertor theft and how to set them up. Got them and the install was simple. These are not just for that purpose, they are loud and can be used for any setup you want, garage entry, door entry, prevent porch package theft, things like that. Also, if you live in an apartment and have a garage this could be a great theft deterrent for the garage whether you use it for storage or you car where an electric hookup may not be available. ... show more
