For many years my family has enjoyed tent camping. Typically we keep a plastic tote with all of the cooking supplies, utensils, etc. in one tote. Over the years, as we have accumulated several cooking utensils, it has become somewhat of a mess and a little unmanageable. Even after a culling, the utensils used to cook and serve end up scattered across the bottom of the tote and difficult to keep together. I have even tried banding them together with one of those reusable, large rubberized twist ties. Due to their irregular shape they are just difficult. I saw this product and it had the essentials needed for camping neatly packed in a carry case. It has all of the cooking and serving tools one would need for a family camping event. The fact that the carrier has a slot for everything to stay in its place and it can be zipped up is an added bonus. Furthermore, I can now easily pack this in the cooking tote and it lays down flat and does not scatter the utensils everywhere. I also will not have to dig through the bottom of the tote looking for that one cooking tool that seemed to slip away while wrecking the entire packing of the tote. As for the tools themselves, they appear to be of good quality and is a wide variety of things anyone may need while camping. From utensils to stir, serving spoons, to scissors, a knife, and even retractable roasting tongs, this set has all of the basic equipment all in one simple to close and carry case. If you are looking for a simple, easy to pack, and complete set of cooking tools, please consider this set. I am looking forward to having a more organized cooking utensil set in my tote for many years to come.

PROS: Bright orange (hard to loose in the woods) ,fairly thick material bag, with slide in and zippered outside pockets and velcro strap holders with pockets inside, keeps everything organized for easy storage and access, good size with most anything you'll need to get through the days adventures: cooking, eating, drinking, etc, Love the extendable forks, perfect for flame cooking hot dogs, marshmallows, and even s'mores! Includes most of the items you tend to forget or misplace, knifes are very sharp, spatula and spoon are decent sized, can opener and cork screw tool are handy, scissors are reasonably sized, lock shut tongs are handy, includes an adjustable carry strap for hiking if you can't fit it into your backpack. CONS: Whisk is small, salt/pepper/condiment containers have identical holes bored in them, so you may have trouble getting pepper or larger salt crystals out, other condiments will also need to be finely ground, (that's what they make drills for, bore one out with bigger holes, and viola!) Overall great carry kit for any adventure, bug-out bags, or to leave in the vehicle for emergency on the road uses. Would make a nice gift too!

This kit has all the essentials for outdoor cooking, and the case helps keep everything organized and clean. I’m used to bringing rubbermade tubs of utensils, and this is a huge improvement. This is great for a trip in a ln RV to the backcountry, or even a front/country camping trip or picnic cooking set for using a grill at a park. This is a great deal for the cost - the size is incredibly compact considering everything that’s packed inside, and it has greatly increased the ease, cleanliness, and organization of my camping utensils and cooking gear.

The set was ordered for camping/rv and on the go use and is exactly what we were looking for. All of the materials seem like they are high quality and should last well with care. The case fits everything easily but makes it simple to transport all of them as needed. The only thing that could use some improvement is the knives included weren't initially as sharp as we hoped, a simple quick sharpening brought them to a razer edge easily and they've worked great since. If you want something that works well for on the go kitchen/bbq/etc needs this is an amazing option.

This is a nice comprehensive portable cooking set, great for camping or BBQ picnics. It comes with a ton of cooking tools, like spatulas, egg whisk, a bunch of different knives, some spoons, a cutting board, and more. Everything fits in a nice bag with slots for each tool, so this is super portable. Note the bag is kinda large as would be expected. The tools themselves are pretty good, they are mostly nylon - not the highest quality tools but good enough and especially if you are camping or otherwise outdoors. Having everything you probably will need all in one easy to carry bag makes this really nice to have when you are out camping.

This camp cook set includes just about every utensil necessary for a successful cookout or tailgate. I like this much more than my current cook set. The one I have now is packaged in a blow molded plastic case and takes up much more space while including basically the same utensils. This set could be improved by including stainless steel utensils instead of nylon ones. But at the $31 price point, I think this is fair value. I particularly like the addition of the cutting board, two carving knives and shoulder strap for the bag. The set even includes salt and pepper shakers. I like the blaze orange color of the carrying case. This set will always be easy to find in a closet or storage bin. I foresee this becoming my new favorite cookout set. There is spare room in the case to add anything that might be missing. I will add four place settings of silverware and four small cups. 5 stars!
