Ordered this chair for the lumbar support. Lumbar support was good and adjustable. It was easy to assemble but a little bit smaller than I expected. Not bad for the price, but was hoping the back would be taller and the seat longer. Other than that, not a bad chair for the price.

Ever since working from home and owned many office chairs I did not have high expectations of finding a well priced chair with decent quality. My previous chair barely lasted 2 years and caused me back pain too. Luckily I found this chair it has been a life saver. I am able to adjust the lumbar support, so it is comfortable enough that I can perform my office work without pain. The adjustable padded armrests are nice and convenient because I can store the chair under my desk which is what I need! I also love the reclining feature and the padded seat is super comfortable has right amount of firmness I’m able to work long hours! The assembly is simple and clear instructions. I'd say this chair is well worth over its price point! I highly recommended.

It amazes me how small an item can become when it is in pieces. The chair is easy to assemble. It is comfortable, and a nice addition to the home office. The breathable mesh is a plus for the warmer months.

Got this one for my daughter, sorry about the mess in the photos, heh. This chair is pretty nice and it was easy to put together. I didn't need any special tools as everything was included and it took maybe 45 minutes at the most. Instructions were simple and all the pieces lined up well. It's kind of funny, I originally had a complaint about the non adjustable armrests, but seeing it in action kind of makes up for it. Most office chairs allow you to raise and lower the armrests, but this one only swings to an upward, no armrest position, or a set level sitting horizontally. It doesn't feel too low, but I wish it was a little higher. However, as you can see, raising the armrests makes for easy out of the way storage. The desk we got is too low and bumps into the armrests, so this works great. Swivels just fine, rolls just fine, and the entire seat raises and lowers without any problems (standard operation). Tilt lock works and I'm impressed with how large and comfortable the seat itself is. Back support is decent and I like the mesh material. I wish the back was a little taller though. My only complaint is the price. I understand that office chairs are typically expensive, but this one seems very basic for the price you are paying. Fortunately I think this will last.

When you work from home and spend long hours at the computer, you really need an ergonomic chair. Let me tell you, this chair is amazing. The armrest height is adjustable, and the chair's height adjusts to your weight. The back and lumbar support have the perfect arch to prevent lower back pain. The wheels are smooth, and the chair is so comfortable that you won't even want to get up to pick up a pen.

This chair has great support and swivels as well. This really helps support my back and works great while I am working in my office. This has an adjustable level to make the chair different heights and the mesh back and bottom makes this chair have air flow so it doesn't get too hot while sitting. I like how the wheels move easily and i can move the chair around without any issues. Great product two thumbs up!

I've had an office chair I've used for quite a while. While I like it a lot, it's a little too large for my cluttered office space. I saw this chair and thought it might be a better fit, especially since the arms flip up which would allow me to rotate when the arm rests would be in the way. When I got the chair, I was impressed with the way it was packaged. Everything was well protected and it was well organized. The parts are clearly identified. The assembly instructions are, also, clear and assembly is not overly complicated. It did take me 30 minutes to assemble but I tend to work slowly to make sure I don't make mistakes. The chair does work well for my office space. I have more room to rotate than I did with my other chair. The seat is nicely padded and the adjustments work well (although there weren't clear instructions on how to move the lumbar support up and down – it took a little playing with it to figure out I just had to pull it up and down manually.) It's a pretty nice chair and it's lighter weight than my older chair which, typically, isn't as preferred but, for my use, that works well. Here's what I don't like. First, and foremost, the armrests don't have much padding, are much narrower than my older chair and the mesh material is scratchy on my arms (that won't be an issue if I'm wearing a long sleeve shirt but I wear short sleeves most of the time.) The adjustment knobs and levers work but they don't have the fit and finish I would have anticipated in a chair of this price ($169.99 at the time I ordered it). Compared to my older chair, it's not nearly as nicely manufactured and my older chair wasn't that expensive when I bought it. I, also, have a couple of nitpicky complaints. The instructions are pretty vague on the adjustments and should be more clearly explained (as I mentioned above, it took me a while to figure out how to adjust the height of the lumbar support because the instructions indicate it moves but doesn't say how. Next, there is a QR code you use to go to their website where there are assembly (they list them as "installation") videos. The problem? This model isn't there. Fortunately, the written assembly instructions are clear enough. Overall, I would give it 3 1/2 stars if that was an option.
