Just as comfortable as more expensive models.
This was much easier to assemble than chairs I've had in the past. The armrests slide and turn too easily and could use some button/lever for that function like raising/lowering the arms, so they'd lock into place, but otherwise just annoying. Smooth glide with the roller-blade type wheels but don't use on a thin mat on carpet as they will sink and cause "divots" making it nearly impossible to roll. I use a solid/thick polycarbonate mat and it works great on that.

I love the chair so much I’ve decided to order another one
Chair was simple and very easy to assemble. It was done in less than ten minutes. It guys perfectly fine if you dont screw the screws in to tight!!!!! Definitely a must buy

Not what expected- returning
The head rest moves, you cannot adjust and when you do it moves back. The sliding arms are uncomfortable. The chair is comfortable if tilting back, but I work upright and need the back support. Now I need take apart and return, not happy.

Lovey chair

an unexpectedly great chair!
I'd been using a regular wood dining chair for most of covid at my "desk" (dining table) and finally got to try this KERDOM mesh office chair. It arrived well-packed in the box, ready to assemble. Assembly went quite smoothly, no problems following the directions, and everything fit together just fine. The various bolts felt very sturdy as did the individual pieces of the chair. I was a little leery of the 5-legged rolling base of the chair since each leg was individually bolted onto a central hub, but I've seen no indications of fatigue or potential failure so far. And the chair rolls smoothly on the wheels. There are numerous adjustments - seat height; lock/unlock the ability to tilt the back; and armrests can (a) raise and lower; (b) slide fore/aft; and (c) twist on their vertical axis. The mesh seating and backrest sections are exceptionally comfortable; I find the lumbar support pad to be in a perfect position despite no independent adjustability. And the tilting headrest that I at first thought was an unnecessary extra, turns out to be very welcome at times when a 5-minute nap is called for! The ONLY minor "fails" I've encountered so far is that one section of the mesh on the lumbar support is trying to pull free from the slot in the support frame and I haven't figured out how to secure it in place for good again. The other is that after ~9 months of use a "creak" has developed that is rather loud at times when you sit down or get up. I probably need to go over all the bolts and make sure everything is still tight, but I don't know for sure whether that's the problem. All in all a great purchase. I would gladly pay full price to get another of these chairs if this one ever truly fails and needs replacement.
