    • Replaced Speakers in my 9th Gen Civic LX
As my headline states, I have a 9th Gen Civic with base model features. Firstly, these are great speakers but compared to my OEM speakers these have more resistance (Ohm's) and as a result they require more power to get the same volume output. If you own the 9th Gen Civic, I've had to adjust my volume from 20 to 30 in my stereo settings. Not a bad thing, just something to take note of. Due to the separate tweeter being built into these speakers, there is better separation of high's, mids, and mid bass frequencies. These are not subwoofers though, so my car isn't rattling itself apart in the mid bass, I'm just saying there is an improvement from stock OEM speakers. My next project will be to replace the stereo to get the most use out of these speakers since the signal source (amp/dac) is the most impactful part of improving sound quality. Maybe in the future I'll add a sub to further separate the sound spectrum, but for now these are great. These things were a great replacement for my OEM JBL speakers. Had to extend the speaker adapter so it could it could fit with the logo right side up-ish. Definitely great value and they fit great. They sound great.

We installed them in a 2007 Toyota matrix. Amazon said it would be compatible with the car and they mostly were just had to make shift like a half of a centimeter of a spacer so the windows in the front could go down all the way. Sound wise I was used to only stock speaker that came with the car so compared to that they are wonderful. I did not need to buy an amp specifically for the speakers so that's cool. Also I'm not sure if I just didn't read all the details but the box itself at least does not say it comes with a pair but each box had two speakers in it. ... show more

    • Fits 2014 Mazda 3
Fits a 2014 Mazda 3 front door. Be aware, stock speakers are built into a mounting bracket that includes the plug. Easiest solution- also buy a wiring harness and mounting bracket ($30.) Cheap solution- cut the old speaker off and drill this one on. Wire the new speaker to the old plug. This is a combo of bass and tweeter, the mids are smoother and softer, the highs are crisp and clear and the lows are outstanding. Of course it's an upgrade over stock, stock was a piece of paper with a coil of wire glued to it. ... show more
