325 off for a small chip aint too bad at all, I was expecting a used unit. Apart from the small chip at the top it's brand new. The chip is just the plastic it in no way affects the screen or function of the head unit. It came with everything it was suppose to, only thing missing was a manual but they give you a link for it. The head unit really updated the interior to my 2014 ram 1500, and it sounds way better than my factory one. The UI is pretty good. I no longer have to wait for a min for my Bluetooth to connect, Android auto connects almost instantly. Installed in a 2018 nissan altima with bose and a week later so far so good. It should be HD for the retail price of this thing but its good enough for me. Make sure you get the updates and put them on a usb to update the unit. A couple months later and its still working 👍

I replaced my pioneer with this. I really like the controls and functions. Equalizer is very nice. If I had to say the one thing that annoys me is the wireless Android Auto. It tends to lose connection if your playing from the USB(flash drive). But other than that, I'm so satisfied. Such clarity on bass & highs. So many ways to contour the sound. Clear screen. Nice radio. Easy to operate buttons/touch. Great sound without having to add an amp. Lots of adjustment. Install needs someone who understands directions or professional. Wireless phone was easy.
