The media could not be loaded. Just started it up 2 days ago and it works great indoors. The pump has 2 settings. At first the fountain was too loud, but I turned the pump to the lowest setting and bought a bag of river rocks from Lowe’s, and filled up each tier with extra rocks which cuts down on the sound quite a bit. This also made it so there’s no issues with any splashing. You can also see that slight tweaking of the rock placement changes how loud the fountain is. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This looks great and sounds great but they need to include another bag or two of rocks. The ones included dont even cover the floor of the three tiers, and more are needed to make the sound more tinkling than rushing water. Otherwise love it!

After going through multiple fountains this year for birds to get water in our drought, we came across this one and its been the best. Easy to assemble, a filter to keep grass/trash out of the water, heavy enough to stay put but not so heavy that it is hard to manage.

I purchased this for my mom for mother’s day. I was so excited to give it to her so she got it early. She just loves this fountain. The wood looks very realistic especially from more that 2’ away. I like the deep wood color and detail. The spouts are just a tad fake looking but really not bad. I’m picky and I really like this fountain. It was a great choice. Started slowly and within a couple of days, ALL of the water leaked out within an hour!😪 After spending about as much as it cost trying to fix it, I called Amazon.
