The media could not be loaded. The fountain is very nice! Let’s see how reliable it is. Update: April 30, 2023. About a month later, the dampening felt, sponge material in the top ‘jug’ broke down into particles of fluff. This means that the water pumped to the top shoots out with too much force. This material, which covers this hole, is designed to reduce the water pressure. It worked great for a month. The pump is set to it’s lowest water volume suction point, so there’s no way to further reduce the flow. The only option would be for the seller to send a replacement. I’d have to dry all surfaces and reattach the sponge. If seller reads this, please contact me. Fountain works great otherwise. This is a poor design leading to a temporary proper water flow. Update May 7 2023 Seller contacted me 4-5 days ago telling me to go and buy waterproof adhesive and a felt product. I didn’t like that answer. Today, mid-bowl LEDs have died. Can they be replaced? I doubt it due to water seal. Open to Seller suggestions. Update May 18 2023 Seller was very kind to send me a replacement LED wiring harness. I installed it and it works great again. I solved the flow problem with some door sponge seal that slows the upshot of the water. Everything is fine. Seller sent 2 LED harnesses, which is nice to have a backup. Highly recommend product and seller.

The media could not be loaded. I have been looking for a water fountain to put on my cute front porch; luckily I found this. It's beautiful and I love it. Lightning is just peefect. The water flow is very relaxing. Feels tranquility. Easy to assemble or install.Not loud at all. It came earlier than expected, has no damage, well packed and there's no any missing piece or problem. Everything just works well. I highly recommend to everyone looking for a water fountain out there.

The media could not be loaded. I highly recommend this fountain - it has a beautiful design and I love listening to the water flow. I don’t hear the pump at all, which is really nice. It seems to be an odd design choice that the top bowl doesn’t have a light like all the other bowls, but I still love the fountain. Putting it together took a minute, as the written instructions weren’t super clear, and the video they link you too also wasn’t fully clear. Overall I love having this fountain, and hope it lasts for years to come!

I purchased this for my back yard patio. It was easy to assemble, easy to move and very stable once filled with water. It gets windy in my area, so I was concerned about the stability. Once filled with water it weights it down nicely. Water noise is very relaxing and has a nice effect with the LED lights. I have it set on a dusk switch to turn on at night automatically. One thing to note is that it requires two power plugs. I didn't notice any distracting pump noise with the back cover on. I couldn't see myself using this inside. Update: had his thing for the whole summer and it's still working good. I have to refill with water every month or so due to evaporation.. not a big deal. I noticed that the fountain was splashing more lately. I found that the sponge at the top that reduces water flow has been working a little too well. I peeled the sponge off and found it all slimy and full on algae. I put a larger rock where the sponge was. It fixed the issue.

The media could not be loaded. Our fountain arrived a day early and was very secure in lots of thick Styrofoam. It took about 10 minutes to put the pump together and fill it with water, thanks to the great instructions enclosed. It is very solid, and we love the detailing and colors. We can't wait to sit on our front porch swing with our favorite beverages and listen to the water. We looked around a long time for a fountain we both agreed on and when we saw this one listed on Amazon, we immediately agreed that we really liked it. It actually looks better in person.

Beautiful. Works well. Looks and sounds amazing. Just need a sturdier base (cement block) to set it on. Ours blew over and broke sitting on pinestraw. Has nice feature to block leaves from getting into the works.

Although this should have been expected for the price, the quality of the material used and overall construction are extremely flimsy and cheap. The fountain feels like it is made of cardboard and up close looks the part. The biggest issue, though, is that it leaks and is unusable unless you have a water line into it and are ok with constant leaking. The back panel where the chords come out has a gaping hole and is very poorly designed. Water trickles out of that when the fountain is on, no matter what you do. I tried sealing with water tight tape, I tried changing the water level in the reservoir (it recommends 90%), etc. The fountain is not usable so I will be asking for a refund.
