Construction is getting much better. This is third generation from this manufacture and we are very pleased. Design and Quality are superb! Great job! The only disadvantage is it takes 2 plugs, but we get it.

I was most frustrated when I received this fountain, as when I plugged in the four light wires to the transformer plug -- nothing. No lights lit up. I messed with the lines and plug about six different times. I wrote to the Seller via Amazon. He replied, and we finally agreed that likely the plug was defective. He said he would mail me a replacement part, which arrived in about 3 days. That was great. Today, 5/20/23, I finally made time to plug in the new light lines and the plug -- and VOILA! -- I have LIGHTS that work! GREAT Customer Service. I am grateful to the seller that he responded so quickly and now my fountain has lights that will shine nicely in the dark. Yes, I'd buy this product again. ... show more

I purchased this beautiful fountain hoping to enjoy it instead a piece of the fiberglass was chipped off the bottom will not hold water.. contact the seller on the 4th of May it is now the 8th of May and they have not done anything about this very dissatisfied.,

This item is located prominently on our front porch and provides the soothing sounds of the waterfalls. Very cool at dusk and after dark too. No problems in assembling or with the unit after the water starts flowing. Not much assembly required.

Several dissatisfied points with the fountain. The directions said to connect wires tightly but it never did get tight. The tube to go in the pipe was also supposed to be tight but it was a loose fit at best. The last water collector drops down into reservoir so loudly it takes away from the gentle water flow. I attached my own tube to lessen the sound. Overall the noise is overwhelming in the house. Not happy with fountain. You can’t control water flow with pump. Get someone to write directions whise first language is English. ... show more
