    • Nice fountain, Bad instructions.
The media could not be loaded. Looked at MANY fountains and decided on this one because of the look. When it arrived it was somewhat already put together so I assumed it was returned from another customer and sent to me. Still not sure. The box also had excessive packing tape on it at every seam. But all the interior parts seemed wrapped in plastic well, so not sure. When I put it together the instruction book does not mention the top bowl at all. The instructions are very difficult to follow because it tells you to hook things up that are already attached to other things that they don't even show a picture of or mention. They also mentioned putting the pump back through the back side of the fountain which is impossible, at least on mine because the hole is so small. But can easily be put in through the front side, it's just more difficult reaching the pipe and wires through the back putting your hand up the inside from the front. I believe whoever wrote the book never saw the product. But I got it together, filled it up and I'm enjoying it. They also mentioned the fountain needs 2.3 gallons of water but they also say in the pamphlet not to overfill it with importance. There is no guideline/mark inside the fountain to know where the maximum fill is. The catch screen that sets on the bottom bowl has a 1 and a 2 and an arrow on it but there's no indication or mention in the pamphlet of what it's for or if it's supposed to go in a certain way but it seems to be working the way I laid it on top the bottom bowl. It also is suppose to come with rocks which mine did not and when attaching the top bowl which simply sets on the fountain I had to run the water tube and the electrical cord to the light through the same pipe built inside the fountain and I was unsure of that because it's water and electricity. But so far it seems to be working well and I love the sound and I gathered my own rocks to put inside the bowl which I'm not sure if that's where they're supposed to go or not because one disappointing thing is the top bowl does not fill all the way with water and it leaves a lot of dry area exposed which is very different from the pictures they have on Amazon. All the pictures look like the top bowl is full of water, which I really liked. But when placing the rocks in the bowl it gives the illusion the bowl is more full of water, just don't cover the holes that are drilled in the top bowl to drain. So far love the fountain, it's only been 3 or 4 days, but I wish the instruction booklet was much better written in their directions, would have saved a lot of frustration and guess work. Son hermosas y modernas. Lamentablemente las luces al parecer vienen con defectos ya que al mes de instalar las fuentes comenzaron a fundirse. Al transcurrir los días se continuaron fundiendo. Es incómodo pues fue un regalo para un ser amado. Al parecer es un defecto en las luces porque fueron dos fuentes y ambas presentaron el mismo problema. Mi recomendación es que deberían enviar un remplazo de luces en el empaque por cada unidad. ... show more

I purchased this fountain for my home to use indoors, as I work a stressful remote job and this has made my stress levels decrease SO much. It helps me sleep at night as well! It’s pretty heavy but definitely seems to be good quality, I had some challenges with splashing at first, I had to learn to fill it with enough water to prevent splash back, the light is just perfect for me at night I like to leave it on unless I am not home helps the humidity in my house too for my plants! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It arrived quickly, 5 days sooner than expected though it shipped from SoCal and I live in NorCal. Item itself isn’t heavy. I’m a 37 y.o. female and was able to assemble it all by myself even tho directions were a little unclear. Pleased with the fountain, but it looks like really tiny against my house. I did set it up and plug it in for just a minute, well okay more like a couple of hours because it is so relaxing just sitting near and listening to the water. But I have to pack it away until next spring and I can't wait to get it out again.

Love this fountain. It is lightweight yet sturdy, it makes a pleasant water trickling noise, and it does not splash outside the fountain. The water reservoir is relatively large, reducing the frequency of refilling. I love this fountain. It looks beautiful and sounds so peaceful. I lowered the pump to 1/2 way because it is quite strong when fully opened and splashes a bit. The led light is beautiful at night.
