The media could not be loaded. Easy set up. Great water sound, looks nice and great quality for such a reasonable price. We have an outdoor outlet that runs on a switch, so easy on & off. Adds a nice touch to our backyard porch. I did had glass rocks to the bowls to add a pop of color. Very glad I purchased this fountain. ... show more

I purchased this item for my mom for Mother's day and she loved it! It was very easy to set up and get water flowing. I love the lighting feature, and appreciate the little water straining covers, which will help prevent large debris from clogging the pump hose. The water flow is very calming and relaxing. The color of the fountain is just perfect. I can't toally speak to the longevity of this product, but so far, so good! I am very impressed with this product! ... show more

In spite of major damage to the box, there was no damage to the fountain. Assembly was easy and the fountain looks nice. The pump is a little noisy but not awful.

Works great if you want a water feature where you don’t have a power outlet. We have an older home with no exterior outlets. The company has great customer service. We had a light go out. They were prompt getting us a new one at no charge. Super easy to replace if needed.

    • Love This Fountain. But It Has Issues.

My wife loves the sound of rain and running water. So we bought this fountain for our new sunroom. We love it. It has a very soothing sound when it's running and the lights look really nice at night. It's lightweight and very easy to assemble. Looks great in our sunroom. However, there are a couple issues with this unit. When it arrived, one of the screens was broken in a couple places. I was able to fix it, but know that these are fragile and they don't fit in the grooves perfectly. Next, the hole in the back of the unit where you add the pump and make the light connections is not very large. Big enough to get everything assembled. But if you want to reach in and adjust the water flow once it's set up, it's pretty cramped and the pump is going to slide around while you're trying to turn the flow dial. Even though it has suction cups on the bottom. These are minor issues and I only mention them for those looking into buying this. The only issue I'm really concerned with though is the splashing. Our sunroom is brand new and the floor is perfectly level. So that is not the problem. But the water splashes as it drains into the bowls and allows small drops to land on the front rim of the bottom bowl, which eventually runs down the front and onto the floor. It does this very slowly. But we run this 24/7. So in the morning there's always a small puddle of water on the floor. I have to wipe the floor down or place the fountain on a towel to soak up the water. I've tried using it with and without the screens, and tried adjusting the water flow. Even tried tilting the unit slightly backward. But it still splashes. If not for this issue, I would have given this fountain a strong 5 star review. But it's just inconvenient enough to not warrant this. For the most part though, it's a nice fountain that looks great in a room. Slightly overpriced for it's size and issues. But not a bad purchase. ... show more
