The product is almost as displayed in the picture. In the picture it appeared to be black, in reality it is a moss green. The item was very easy to put together and is light weight making it easy to handle/move My biggest gripe which almost made me want to return it, is the slight buzzing sound of the pump that was loud enough to notice and drive me crazy. After Googling, i put padding underneath the pump to reduce the sound of it vibrating against the water reservoir floor. A perfect product would either include some sort of padding or vibration reducing mat so that the pump is completely quiet. For now will use it with my at home hack. ... show more

I don't appreciate paying all this money for a fountain, for it not to last at least 6 months! Really??!!?? I guess the pump went out but dang!! We haven't even been using it that much. I bought it in March 2023!
