This is a beautiful fountain. The gentle flow of water is calming. It’s quick and easy to connect the water tube and the light cable, then plug into a wall outlet for power. I have wanted a fountain like this for a long time but found most were either too expensive or not well made. This one is just right…a very good value and excellent feature in my house.

The media could not be loaded. Love the fountain after 1 2/2 years the water flow was barely enough to have enough water cascade over. I thought I needed to buy a new pump. I took pump out of fountain and I put it in a bucket of water plugged it in and the water shot out really far so nothing is wrong with the pump. now I’m thinking the tube from the top to the bottom that connects to the pump has a blockage of some sort or it needs to be cleaned. I took a Plumber snake and it only went up about 6 inches and got stopped. Wouldn’t go all the way up the tube so I had to cut the black tube at that point and there was a 1/2 inch piece of something rubbery wedged in there blocking the tube. I took that out. I put a little hose connector to put the hose back together, connected it back to the pump, and it works perfect. The water is shooting out of it so I turned the pump down . I put the diffuser rock on top of it and it works fabulous and I have two fountains and each one of the fountains had that blockage one was blocked 6 inches up on the black tube. The other one was the block right down where it connects to the pump, so I only had to cut like an inch off of that. I didn’t have to splice the hose back so FYI before you give up, you can check the hose for that jammed piece, I think it’s some kind of a little diffuser Insert that they put in those hoses so the water doesn’t shoot out really far but overtime it just gets clogged and blocks the tube.

This fountain is a plastic piece of garbage. I tried returning the item and the seller refuses to help with shipping cost; out of pocket, I would have to pay more money to ship it back than the fountain cost in the first place. I DO NOT recommend purchasing this product or dealing with this seller.

it looks great, however I have only had it plugged in running for about 4 months and now it has slowed to a trickle. So much that all you can hear is the motor and not the water running. It did have a good relaxing water sound before, not too much or too fast. I just wished it would have lasted longer than 4 months. I would not recommend this product. It never leak, which is good. Yet now no water sound.

The media could not be loaded. Not stable. Fountain rocks and is cheaply made. Recommend a stone fountain. No plastic or other material.
