This stuff really works well to hold your style in place. I actually use it on dry hair, but did try it on my wet hair as well. Either way, this stuff really works to hold your hair in place. I use gel to style my hair then spritz my dry hair in place with this product and it works better than any hairspray I've ever tried and the best part is it smells great - sort of like grapefruit. I agree with the other reviewers, the bottle it comes in is awful - too hard to press down the spray button and it sprays unevenly. Invest in a trigger handle sprayer with a fine mist and you are good to go. Nice product.

The spray pump is extremely difficult to use. Takes two hands to press it down and what does get sprayed out runs down the fingers and is very sticky. I use many different Kenra products and am happy with them. However, Kenra should redesign the pump to make it effeciently easy to use.

I love this product! My fine, naturally straight hair has never been the type to hold a curl with just a curling rod, but I now use some mousse, blow dry, then spray this on and curl, break it apart with my fingers, & I’m good for no-maintenance curls for about 3 days after! After 3 days I’ll need to do some touch-ups as the curls do fall gradually but heck! That is amazing coming from someone who usually cannot get curls to hold longer than a few hours before looking like I’d never curled it in the first place. I must say, if I spray enough my hair is crunchy & I absolutely have to spend a while breaking apart the curls or my hair is sort of hard & the curls are too tight for my liking. But this last time I didn’t use as much and didn’t have to spend so much time doing that. I curl my hair about once a week since it holds for a good 4 days or so before I end up washing it. I then go straight for about 3 days then curl again and repeat the process. Day 1 it’s usually pretty dang curly. Then day two a bit less, day 3 it’s more some curl/some wave, day 4 it’s sort of straight-ish/a little wavy - On the 3 ish days that my hair is straight with no product (before I curl it bc I don’t usually curl my hair when it’s super clean), it’s still very soft & shiny. So this product must be doing a great job protecting my hair from the 400° wand I use on it weekly. (I also dye my hair blonde so if anyone should have damage from all that, it should be me!) Anyway I just bought my second bottle of this stuff, the last one lasted me about 3 months. I may have been spraying too much (not really sure how much you’re supposed to use!) so three months isn’t bad at all (in my opinion.) I love this and will continue to purchase it as needed!

I LOVE this spray. It works exactly as I'd hoped - hold without stickiness or stiffness at all! However, I've deducted a star because the spray pump is pretty terrible...It sticks even though there is no apparent build up. It's frustrating, but the product is worth it...sigh...

This is the first time I’ve used this particular Kenra product and as with most Kenra products, it’s fantastic… works great to control frizz and hold style but as is with all Kenra products the sprayer on the bottle doesn’t work properly. I always have to transfer them into another spray bottle that works properly. About ready to give up on Kenra!!!

I had not regularly used a hot iron on my hair in many years, but I was trying to revamp my look and started using one daily. I began to notice that my hair was not looking as healthy as it could be so I picked up my phone and asked my stylist to recommend a heat spray for protection. She didn't hesitate and immediately replied "Kenra Hot Spray." I trust her to know what my hair needs. She didn't ask any questions about what was going on or what effect I was trying to achieve, so I know that this product is excellent for all hot tool needs. I love that it doubles as both a hot spray to protect from the damage of the iron as well as a finishing spray, so I don't need several products cluttering my counters. My hair has been noticeably healthier since I started using Kenra Hot Spray, and I've found that my style has more staying power through the day. Highly recommend if you're going to put anything hot in your hair.
