BIG and beautiful
This refrigerator is big and beautiful. No really… it’s way bigger than our standard refrigerator. It wouldn’t fit where our old fridge was and we are now in the process of remodeling our kitchen to make a proper place to fit this beast, so it’s temporarily in a door way to save some space in our kitchen. We thought we could put it on an adjacent wall but this unit is so large and deep that it took up too much room. (Picture included) It works fantastic and keeps everything very cold and the ice cream is frozen rock solid. I bent my metal ice cream scoop because I had no idea the power of this freezer. And this was just regular settings not even using the accella-freeze option. Very impressed. I love the ice storage and how it doesn’t take up a huge chunk of your storage like the regular side by side units do. There is so much storage space, shelves and drawers. I absolutely love it. We are not one of the families that do “aesthetics” this is a real fridge being used by real people and not for show. Honestly it’s so large and spacious I have no idea how to even organize it yet. We have a pump and two drive gallon bottles of water hooked up to supply purified water for our ice and water. We don’t like the taste of tap water from our area and we feel this will help the longevity of our refrigerators filters. It works flawlessly and my Stanley cup fits perfectly in the ice/water dispenser area. Overall it’s an excellent value and purchase for anyone who is looking for a new refrigerator. Amazon delivery was amazing the delivery guys helped bring it into our house which included removing the doors from the unit and they even hauled the trash away. I was so impressed with how helpful they were. Definitely get one of these but make sure you have enough space in your kitchen for one of these bad boys. (I tried to upload a video and it would not allow me to do so.)

Spacious, Quiet Refrigerator with a Sleek Design
Update: It has been a month, I still haven't received the clear bins. Customer service doesn't provide tracking information either. Emailed on 7/26 to follow up and was told “ bins have been shipped should be receiving at any time. Emailed againon 8/5 to follow up, the customer support whose name is Lauree totally ignored me. Today is 8/11, I have called twice already and still no one called me back. We’ve been very happy with the Kenmore 29 cu ft refrigerator. It looks sleek and modern, and the fingerprint-resistant stainless steel is so easy to keep clean. One thing I want to mention is the size. The refrigerator is about 36 inches wide and 70 inches tall, and the shipping box makes it even bigger. Be sure to measure your doorways before delivery. We had to remove the packaging, take off the refrigerator doors, and even remove our front door to get it inside. It was a lot of work, but everything fit once we did that. It was almost perfect except that the right door was missing four clear door bins. It took a little time to find the correct Kenmore customer service number, but once I reached them, they were very helpful. The refrigerator cools quickly and runs quietly. I recommend to let it sit for at least 24 hours before plugging it in. The inside feels very spacious, and I like that the ice maker is built into the freezer door because it leaves more shelf space available. We already have a countertop ice maker, so we probably won’t use the built-in one very often, but it’s nice to have. The side-by-side design means the refrigerator and freezer sections are narrower than a French-door model, so very wide trays or pizza boxes may not fit as easily. That hasn’t been an issue for us, and the layout works well for our family. We are overall very pleased with it. It is a great refrigerator and exactly what we are looking for.
