Features

  • The KEMIMOTO KP6 speaker system boasts a distinctive, massive 5.75-inch passive radiator built into its rear pod, engineered for thunderous low-end response and impactful bass performance. At the front, the KP6 is equipped with a 6.5-inch mid-bass woofer and a 1-inch tweeter. This premium driver configuration allows the KP6 to outperform many 6.5-inch tower speakers not to mention typical 4-inch soundbars. The result is tight, deep bass, robust midrange, and crisp, detailed high frequencies
  • Note: During clamp installation, tighten until snug. Don't over-tighten to avoid cracking the clamps. A gap is normal for large roll cage, like 1.75"2" pipes
  • Rotating Brackets: KEMIMOTO tower speakers come ready to mount with rotating brackets that fits 1.25" to 2" round roll barscommonly found on UTV/ATV roll cages and boat railings. For overhead mounting, confirm your roof has at least 12mm of clearance above the roll bar before purchase. The brackets rotate 90 for flexible positioning across various vehicle mounting points. Note: Not work with square or profit tubes. Not fit 2-seat utility vehicles, 2-seat recreational UTVs, or golf carts without round bars
  • Louder Without the Distortion: KEMIMOTO UTV tower speakers feature a 520W Max Bi-Amp design for separate tweeter/woofer drive, keeping highs clear and lows powerful at high volume. 106dB SPL sensitivity delivers loud, clean sound. Its 6-driver array (dual 6.5" woofers, 1" silk tweeters, 5.75'' passive radiators) with a 5.6L rear chamber pushes bass to 45Hz and treble past 20kHz. This separation gives vocals and bass their own space, creating a wide, layered soundstagelow-end thump hits your chest while lyrics stay crisp, whether accelerating or cruising
  • One-Touch Tuning: KEMIMOTO pod speaker packs a high-performance DSP with 3 preset EQ modes that you can switch instantly. Off-road mode boosts mids and highs against wind and engine noise. Bass boost mode improves deep, thumping lows for camp parties. Default mode keeps a balanced profile for low-speed cruising. Each mode reshapes the frequency curve like a pro tuned it on the spot, giving you the right sound whether you're blasting down a trail or kicking back at the campsite
  • Sync the Whole Group: KEMIMOTO UTV stereo system uses broadcast mode to sync over 100 broadcast-enabled speakers within an 82ft radius centered around the host unit. One press activates broadcast modecompatible units link in seconds for synchronized playback. Picture multiple vehicles parked together at a campsite, or boats tied up at the dockeveryone sharing the same track in tight sync, turning the gathering into a single, immersive sound experience that fills the entire area
  • Built Tough for the Outdoors: KEMIMOTO UTV tower speaker is built for off-road environment with an IP66 waterproof housing that keeps mud and water out. Rain, mud, or a quick hose-down of the exterior won't stop the music. The shockproof structure handles heavy vibrations effectively. UV-resistant coating helps protect against sun damage. This is gear that keeps playing through the rough stuff, so you can keep your attention on the trail
  • Flexible Connectivity: KEMIMOTO UTV speaker supports wireless streaming, plus a weatherproof 3.5mm AUX input/output and USB port for lossless files from thumb drives. No signal in the backcountry? Plug in your USB library. You can even daisy-chain an active subwoofer for extra low-end. For good performance, start your engine before powering on the speaker to avoid voltage dips that can affect sound clarity, and turn off the power switch when the vehicle sits unused to save battery power
  • Product Dimensions: The KEMIMOTO UTV tower speaker measures 11.9"L x 7.7"W x 7.7"H per unit including the clamp, with the clamp itself at 1.2"L x 3.5"W x 2.4"H. The full settwo speakers, amplifier, and all mounting hardwarecomes in at 17.4 lbs net weight. Includes a 6.6 ft power cable and 10.2 ft total speaker wiring (speaker + amplifier cables) for easy routing on most UTVs. For marine use, please confirm that the cable length and clamp size (fits 1.25"2" round tubes) are suitable for your setup

Description

Is the volume of this speaker loud enough? Is it suitable for use on a high-speed UTV/ATV or speedboat? Yes. KP6 has two 6.5" 50W woofers and two 1" 15W silk tweeters with BI-AMP, RMS 130W, max 520W. When the EQ is adjusted to the Off-Road mode, it can provide loud and full sound even during high-speed driving outdoors or in water environments. What does the IP66 waterproof rating specifically mean? Can it withstand heavy rain or high-pressure water jet cleaning? IP66 rated: dust-tight and strong water jet resistant. Withstands heavy rain, car wash pressure (avoid horn direct), and marine splashes. Not for prolonged immersion. Sealing strip + PCBA coating gives reliable coverage. How is the audio powered? Will directly connecting to the vehicle battery cause power depletion? Voltage 10V-18V (12V systems), direct battery connect. Low-voltage safety feature: voice alert & auto cut-off below 10V to avoid over-discharge. Start engine before power-on to avoid distortion; turn off switch when unused long. What are the differences between the EQ audio effect modes? How to switch between them? KP6 has 3 EQ presets: Bass boost (enhances lows for parties), Default (balanced daily use), Off-road (boosts mids/highs to cut wind/engine noise). Press EQ button on remote to switch instantly. Can the lighting effect be adjusted? How many modes are there? Yes, rainbow effect is supported. Press "Light Switch" on remote to cycle modes. The app offers 230+ colors & modes including breathing, running, gradient, rainbow, music sync, etc. You can also turn lights on/off with the "Light Switch" button.

  • Great speakers for the price
I purchased these with my own money. Unfortunantely, no sponsorship....Installation was super easy. I got everything set up on my Can-Am Maverick Sport Max in about an hour because I wanted the wiring to look clean. The sound is great and goes well with my JBL rally bar. I’m definitely grabbing another pair soon. ... show more

  • Big sound
They are rather large. I mounted them on my Yamaha golf cart. The sound is awesome! The bass isn't like the cars that ride by and rattle the house windows but it is more than adequate. If you have the space,,,get a pair. They look cool and sound really good.

  • Terrible experience
As you can see from most of the reviews, they’re from accounts who received the speakers for free and the review won’t be as open and honest. I bought them, installed and got nothing but muddy, terrible audio and the occasional amp reboot. Long story short, they wouldn’t stay on for more than 10 seconds. I was convinced that I perhaps had a bad ground so I ran a dedicated circuit to my battery, still no good. Now they refuse to play audio from the aux input OR Bluetooth connection. The single largest waste of money I’ve ever experienced. Buy elsewhere ... show more

  • Very nice setup but they need to be truthful with RMS wattage
So if you do the math it's pretty obvious you're not going to get 130 Watts RMS per channel out of this unit. I can tell you it has four discrete channels inside with a bi-amp setup for each speaker meaning the woofer and tweeter are driven separately. Based on input voltages and max current draw given realistic RMS output is around 20 to 25 watts per woofer channel and 10 to 15 watts per tweeter channel. Actual full output wattage will not exceed 80 watts RMS and I think that is being generous based on what I heard with it turned up all the way. I'm guessing to achieve the numbers they gave they either are fibbing or they upped the input voltage substantially over 14.4 and certified at around 1% THD. I honestly thought don't think it ever made 130 RMS in any way shape or form. With the criticism aside and out of the way, overall it is a really nice product. Kemimoto used a nice gasket on each side of the amplifier to keep the moisture and dust out, the connections are sealed very well. The cable harness is very nice, they even include a switch. The remote works well. Audio output is crystal clear even when turned up all the way, bass is strong and so are the highs. Metal brackets included are very heavy duty CNC machined aluminum that are power coded or painted with a heavy duty paint. Included hardware consists of stainless steel screws nuts and washers and they even throw in a wrench for installation. All of the connections are labeled very nicely with printed heat shrink tubing, this is a nice touch and a sign of going the extra mile to finish the product well. I think to the unsuspecting consumer you're going to expect something that is substantially louder than it actually is and it will be disappointing. If you expect to be able to hear it going across the water on a speedboat, it's not going to happen. I own a boat and I know it takes a lot of audio power to efficiently project audio so that people can hear it when you're cruising along. I think these speakers would be more ideal for a utv, side by side, etc. ... show more

  • Waking up the entire trail system
Bolting these rugged pods to the roll cage instantly turned my off road rig into a rolling concert stage. The continuous output of one hundred thirty watts RMS easily cuts right over a screaming exhaust at full throttle. Having dedicated five point seven five inch passive radiators gives the low end punch genuine depth instead of that tinny hollow thud cheaper sets produce. Blasting them with the garden hose after caking them in mud confirmed the IP66 waterproof rating is no gimmick. The bi amp architecture keeps high frequencies crisp while the RGB lights add just enough party flair to night rides. If you want your tunes to overpower wind noise without distorting, this setup delivers the goods. ... show more

  • Big sound that holds up on the water
I put these on my side-by-side about two weeks ago and they've been a solid upgrade. Out of the box, the matte black appearance and rugged design look great on the boat. The installation took a little patience to get the heavy clamps perfectly lined up on the roll bar, so definitely take your time and double-check your mounting spot before tightening everything down. However, the actual ease of setup and wiring was straightforward, though I do wish the power cable were a bit longer. In terms of ease of use, they are a breeze to operate. The different EQ modes are incredibly useful depending on how fast we're moving, and the color and sound design blend in seamlessly with my setup. Our first long ride with them was off the intercoastal where the engine noise usually drowns everything out, and I could still hear vocals clearly without cranking them into a harsh mess. The bass has more punch than I expected from this size. Overall, the sound quality and high volume have been completely worth it! ... show more

  • Incredible Sound Performance with a Few Rough Edges
Update: I contacted support about the speakers not showing up in the app. While the back and forth is delayed, I presume due to time zone differences, they provided me with a solution that worked and can connect to the speaker in the app now. Very kind and helpful. Upgrading the audio system on a boat can be tricky given open-air acoustics and engine noise, but this tower speaker set delivers a massive jump in volume and clarity. The sound quality is absolutely amazing, throwing a wide and crisp soundstage that cuts through the open water beautifully. While the vocals and midrange stay incredibly sharp, the low-end thump feels a bit lacking when cruising. However, it is clear the drivers were tuned correctly for this environment, since forcing too much bass out of a marine enclosure would just lead to a distorted mess. Because the bass is a bit on the light side, I am planning to test out the audio output jack next to see if it can successfully feed an external active subwoofer. The physical construction stands out immediately, featuring a rugged build and nice additions like dedicated external antennas for the remote and wireless connections. The integrated lighting looks nice during evening trips, though the LEDs are not particularly bright in open spaces. Setting the system up on the boat railings was a breeze, and the included power cord gave me plenty of length to route everything cleanly down to the bus bar. My main hitch with the installation comes down to the mounting brackets. While you can tilt the pods up and down parallel to the bar, you cannot rotate the base independently, which means mounting to an angled bar or achieving a custom 45-degree position is out of the question. The power switch wiring is also unnecessarily confusing. The accessory wires are colored red and black, which usually signifies voltage, but they are actually just a dry contact closure meant to ground out against each other. Making both wires a standard black or detailing this better in the manual would save a lot of guesswork. At the end of the day, only the black wire for the switch needs to go to to ground for those using your pre existing switches. The user experience is where the package loses some of its premium feel. The included remote control arrived in a basic plastic bag and feels like an afterthought. A weatherproof, tethered control module would have been a far better choice for a marine or ATV environment. This is compounded by the fact that the companion smartphone app is practically unusable. The software would locate the speakers during a search, but it repeatedly crashed or forced closed back to the home screen every single time I tried to complete the pairing process. You are also stuck dealing with incredibly loud and cheesy automated startup announcements. Every time the system boots up or you change an audio setting, a voice blasts through the speakers at maximum volume announcing the brand name or yelling out your chosen terrain profile regardless of where your current volume dial is set. Despite these notable frustrations with the software, controls, and vocal alerts, the pure audio performance carries the system through. It feels like a dependable, rugged setup built to handle a wet environment without shaking loose or cutting out, giving me peace of mind regarding long-term reliability. Finding a dual-amplifier configuration with this level of acoustic power without spending name-brand premium money makes the kit a solid value for money. It is a highly functional system that makes the boat a lot more fun to be on, as long as you are comfortable skipping the app and ignoring the loud startup voice. Oh and don't lose the remote! ... show more
