The media could not be loaded. I’m giving it 5 stars base on performance this shaver cuts like butter very sharp I wasn’t expecting too much from a 30 dollar shaver, it feels cheap and it’s light weight but other than that seems pretty solid and the shave is like a razor I don’t feel any hair.

I ordered my first KEMEI Foil Shaver October of 2020, I routinely brushed off foils with the enclosed brush for maintenance and charged when necessary. On May 30, 2024 the head of the shaver developed a tear (which is why they now come with replacement heads) which is common and why all more expensive shavers sell replacement heads. The battery and every other part of the shaver is still going strong. As of this writing I just ordered another shaver. By the way, the price for this shaver is less than the cost of a replacement head for a name brand electric shaver. Almost 4 years for under $30 is a fantastic return on investment. ... show more

    • Decent shave for the money.

I've been shaving for 55 years. Used just about every brand you could think of. I have a preference for rotary but there are some areas it just won't cover. So I've tried a few high end foils as a finishing shavers, including a very well known US made model fo Finishing Shaver. This shavers is very close to that model; simple, easy to use, and close as a blade. Bottom line, for me, the high priced German models don't cut it. The foil is too thick. Same with the leading rotary model from the Netherlands. The foil and cutters on this are just what I want. The case of the shaver is ridiculously glossy and will drive you crazy. But if you keep the blade oiled and the motor doesn't quit, it is well worth it. You can buy one a year, and still get a better shave than the expensive brand names, plus, you'll pay less than the cost of their replacement blades. I use it after I shave with my rotary ( old habits die hard ) as a finishing shaver. It works perfectly. ... show more

I would like to see the reviews of people who have owned this for a couple to a few months. Out of the box it'll hold up a couple weeks but honestly this thing did a number on my lip and I threw it right out. I gave up using it after a solid month of giving it a shot. Blades dull quick and start pulling. Really have to press on your face and do way too many passes. Wouldn't trust it, don't skimp. ... show more

This product was great until about a month ago. I bought this a year ago an and it was working perfectly until I started noticing irritation. There were bumps and rashes over my face and i didn’t know why until when I figured out it had started pulling my hair. I've only had this for a few days but I must say, it does work!! I was very skeptical and reading reviews while researching something I could use to replace shaving my head with a razor. I had heard of the Kemei brand before but hadn't tried a product yet. Enter this one, inexpensive, and, so far, sturdily built, easy to use, and above all, it works. Can't quite comment on the battery life as I've only had less than a week, charged it full after opening, and have used it every other day for about 10 minutes or so per use. I will stress this probably is not for a weeks worth of new growth, but something to use every few days to maintain a bald trim or for a quick touch up. I'm glad I took a chance with this product and will be trying another Kemei product I've been eyeing soon. I would highly recommend this to anyone. ... show more
