The good news is that these ratchet tie-downs fit our moving needs and were strong enough to keep our large couch and queen bed in place in a 16' moving truck. The bad news is that the length of strap between the ratchet head and hook is too short to easily secure it to the ribs of a moving truck, so you have to be creative.
