My husband bought this coffee machine as my early Christmas gift. I was really excited to use it until I plugged it up…it barely put out any coffee and after dribbling out a few drops of coffee i noticed water all over my counter on the bottom. It leaked out of the back of the machine on the bottom so I unscrewed and the hoses were leaking water from them and I’ve contacted the company via email twice now and I have yet to get a response and I’m an Amazon influencer so I’m pretty unhappy about my purchase and I wish the company would reply back to me a out a replacement one or a refund…

Makes such delicious espresso and instructions are very simple. My only complaint so far is that while brewing, the entire machine shakes a considerable amount, making any cup that you put under the spout move around. Small inconvenience for a quick and quality brew. I only received this a few days ago, so I hope it lasts as long as other reviews say it does.
