I waited a couple months to write a review. At 1st it was confusing for me. I have not owned a sophisticated expresso machine before. Just the small cheaper ones. The troubleshooting book was helpful to figure out what I was doing wrong. Overall this is a great expresso machine. The touch screen works effortlessly. It froths milk very nicely. And gives great expresso. What is helpful is to have coffee grind at the right size and to buy a puck for the top of the expresso cups. It seems to help extract much better expresso. Fits just right on the limited counter space I have. Over all worth the money for this.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had it for a few days, so far so user-friendly for a beginner. It seems to be well built. Although it makes a mininal vibration once extraction starts, the sound is tolerable. For the price, it makes a REALLY good coffee. It is extremely compact and easy to use. Inserting the portafilter is a little bit tricky; you have to hold the top of the machine with the other hand to stabilize it as you turn the portafilter to seal. Otherwise, the unit will tip over to the side; this is due to its light weight. The unit makes a pulsating noise every 2seconds when steam feature is being used, but it steams milk/cream super fast. I will update this review in a month if there are any issues I will encounter as I continue to use it. I and my family like it so far. I use Lavazza Crema whole beans and manual burr-grind it to medium, and use 8grams per single shot or single serving, I use the single-shot filter. I currently use the “Americano” feature for my daily morning cup and add 20ml steamed heavy cream, & a pinch of salt. It is perfect! ***The last photo shows the ground size I use; it took me a lot of adjusting to get the size to get the perfect flow&flavor. I put it side by side with sushi-medium grain rice for size comparison.

This espresso machine is easy to use and makes great coffee. It heats up fast, the touch screen is beautiful (is the most that I like), and the frother works well for lattes and cappuccinos. A good machine for daily coffee at home.
