Really easy to install. It looks clean and sleek. We installed these inside the window casings, so the width was important. At first I thought the shades were not wide enough, like by an inch, but with the roller hardware that goes on the sides at the top, it fit perfectly inside the window casing. There is a half inch on either side of the shade where you can see the window casing, but it still covers the window. You wouldn’t be able to get all the way to the edge of the window casing unless you went with a bigger width and placed it above the window (outside the casing). I like the blind look, feel, darkening effects, cost and ease of ordering. The quality is good but not great because the action is primarily plastic. It's expected at this price point but would buy again if I have another need of one.

The install instructions aren’t the clearest, but they’re not hard to install. Just hold the blinds up to where you’re installing and drill holes slide outside of that. They look nice and work well. Very pleased.

Easy to install, have sturdy steel brackets (not made of soft, easily bending aluminum, like some other shades on the market). And a strong cord for manual raising/lowering shades on these shades is much better than a roll-up spring, which can cause problems by being too powerful or not functioning correctly. ... show more
