If you are trying to decide what lift to get, I strongly recommend this lift. It is WELL built. Just compare the weight of the lift to the other light ones on the market. I put this lift together by myself with and engine hoist, a lift strap and some humor. The quality and fitment of parts is very good. Check out the hydraulic yoke support pic compared to the other lifts. This lift has a bracket to prevent the ram from twisting when operating it and has nylon spacers on it between the support and the runway. GOOD IDEA ! Also got the caster set and 220 VOLT motor and no issues with lifting anything we put on it. Needless to say my neighbors like to bring their vehicles over to lift'em up and check things out which turns out to be "Can you help me with this problem?" Next door neighbor liked it so much he bought one. Guess I will help him assemble it also.

Customer service could have been a bit better, The lift itself is nice but after it arrived damaged it felt like pulling teeth to get it resolved. My lift arrived horribly damaged with pulley covers broken off gouges of the metal scraped out of the platform due to poor handling during shipping. Great product but it needs to have better protection during shipping aside from cardboard. The entire lift was wrapped in plastic and cardboard which falls off immediately Well worth the money, The lift itself is extremely large in comparison to most, Don't rely on the instructions it goes together just as any other four post lift, not difficult to assemble, just heavy.

This lift is a quality, well built product. All parts were in one really big crate (meaning they were all bolted together between the two ramps). The instructions on the other hand, leave alot to be desired. I caution you to make sure when your are putting the lift together to make sure you have the correct ramps on the correct side, this dictates where the pump is located as well. It would have been nice if the lift had some sort of wood cushion on the bottom of the crate so it doesnt get scratched with the forklift when loading and unloading.

Finally got my 11,000 lift. Poor quality, Wrong parts, Extra un needed parts, hoops to jump through to report issue, not sure what the outcome will but I have a lift in a bay of my shop I can't use.

the workmanship on this lift leaves a lot to be desired. the manual did not match waht was shipped. there was hardware missing. several places had the pain scraped off and signs of rust starting, the air bleeder adaptor was missing, mounting holes on the right tread plate did not match the rectangular plate provided, decals were applied crooked. Do not buy this lift unless you have a professional installing it. Fortunately for me, my installer was incredible. He managed to replace all the missing parts and redrill the holes that were not aligned properly. He was able to assemble the lift and get it functioning properly but it took a lot of effort on his part to rework problem areas. i'll touch up the paint issues and put a sticker over the crooked decals.
