Even with the spares sent, there were so many broken pieces that we do not have enough. We need 3 more clear crystals and three more brown crystals .

Beautiful! Exactly as marketed. Packaged beautifully with styrofoam. no issue with shipping to Honolulu (other than cost, to which we are accustomed). Easy to assemble—but time consuming placing so many crystals—just play some classical music and get in the zone. I love my new chandelier!

There were no broken crystals, a few were scratched but not enough to be seen if placed on top. It is slightly longer than photo measurement describes - but will work. I really think it will look very nice.
