Looks high quality, like real tweed. But it is VERY stretchy and lightweight. However, it is going to require some kind of shaping undergarment because of the stretch. It is not forgiving because the fabric is a bit thin. Don't worry though it is not sheer. This is a great classic. I plan to wear it with classic buttondown shirts and pointy toe flats. The skirt fits well but it runs kind of small. I had to order an XL because I'm curvy at the hips and I didn't want my skirt to draw up because of my hips. But I got some nice compliments when I wore it.
