Very nice chair at a reasonably good price. Delivered sooner than expected. Well packed and easy to assemble. Seat padding is thick and soft. Reclining is smooth and locking control is easy. So far so good and unfortunately too good, wife stole it and gave me her old one. Happy but not happy lol.

The quality of this chair I would say is on par with other expensive chairs. It appears expensive and have good craftsmanship. A few things that I believe would improve it are: 1. I like that the arm can swivel outward, mid, and inner. I just wish there was a mechanism/button you could press so it doesn't move. People grab the arms of the chair when sitting down and this is a potential hazzard if the arm rest moves when a person sits down. 2. The material of the armrest feels like dense rubber. Some might find this uncomfortable but for me it works fine. 3. The seat looks nice with goood craftsmanship. What could improve it would be better or more cushion. It feels a bit hard or doesn't have enough padding that I still have to use my Purple cushion. 4. Wheels could do an upgrade to the roller type ones so it doesn't scratch the hardwood floor plus easier transition from hardwood to carpet. The roller wheels have tons of rating right now in amazon and people are buying the wheels as an addition when buying chairs. I believe more would be willing to buy this chair if those wheels come standard. 5. The chair doesn't go too low. I'm 5'2" and I have to be on my tippy toes when sitting down (especially I have to add an additional cushion). Good thing my desk has a bar in between where I can rest my feet without putting too much pressure at the back of my thighs. I'd say the height is great for average people but not for vertically challenged people like me. Other than that I'm quite happy with the purchase. With minor changes I believe this chair has great potential. Note: The wheels in the photos were bought separately and did not come with the chair.

After 71 reviews, I am surprised to see how high this chair was revealed. The armrests swivel in their week the littlest touch or grab makes them turn out of position. In addition, they’re very short. I’m not a very call man, but the headrest digs into my upper shoulders at the highest level. When using the lumbar support, the front of the seat cushion ends in the middle of my legs. It feels like I’m sitting on the edge of the seat but not in a good way. Overall, the chair looks great, assembles in a snap, but is overall floppy and weak. Seems a bit cheap in the manufacturing.

Just attempted to assemble the chair and can't finish doing so because I wasn't sent enough hardware. Missing 6 M6x45mm screws/bolts to finish. Add that there are no assembly instructions and I give it a current 3/5 stars. I can use it as a rolling stool for now but the back and armrests are not attached. Amazon's promised to reimburse me for the screws/bolts so I could finish it, which is nice. Once I finish assembling it I'll update my review.

Previously I gave a negative review on this chair. Unfortunately I realized later I should have given the negative review for a chair I purchased at another company. This chair so far is very comfortable and sturdier than the other companies chair. So far I am very pleased with this purchase.

I bought this office chair for my secretary a few months back for secretary day and she loves it. I noticed she was always adjusting herself to try to get comfortable but that chair was stiff, warn out, and not up to date. She tells me when sitting in it she doesn’t even feel like she’s at work, it’s that’s comfortable. It has a thick, wide seat cushion that doesn’t wear down easily. The elastic mesh backing it’s breathable which makes it comfortable to sit for long periods of time. The base makes it easy to move around and the wheels are soft so it does not damage the office floor. Did I mention the adjustable neck feature? It’ll be hard to top this gift next year.

A great chair, came with a minor defect (screws ran short) but the seller provided timely support. Back is full mesh, seat is cushioned. Armrests move up and down, and in and out. very stable with 150lb load. Makes a clicking sound when I sit on it, don't know if something is wrong or this is how it works.

Very nice chair and easy to put together. However the seat cushion is not designed to be sat in for 6-8 hours a day. Which sucks because that’s what I need. Hopefully someone from company will reach out to resolve this. After only a couple weeks the seat is VERY uncomfortable!!!
