This product initially was great. The product worked well and was exactly as was described initially. After about 1 year, the batteries on both units in the kit stopped holding a charge. The indicators show 95-99% and the. Just stops after a few minutes. The units do work temporarily while plugged into the charger, but even that just stops. There is no way to replace or remove the batteries… so the whole kit basically is worthless. I bought this in 2022. This means that buying this item will last just about a year to three years. It’s cheaper than other major brands, but as they say … you get what you pay for. The company provides no support or warranty past 1 year. Buyer beware. I’ve had this set for 3 years now and it’s been lovely! Suddenly now the large clippers won’t hold a charge so I have to plug it in and use it with an extension cord. Kind of a bummer to work around a cord!
