The product was good at first. The trimmer still worked pretty good and keeps the charge but the clippers all of a sudden stop keeping the charge. It goes with 100 to 0% charged within like 10 minutes.

I cut a friend’s hair and he bought these for convenience. I was so impressed that I bought myself a pair. Problem was the bigger one came broken. The good news was that I was refunded for half of the purchase, I did ask to return the one and get a replacement but was told they come as a packaged deal. Was satisfied with the Rufus’s I got and would purchase again as the other small one has had no issues and in fact never had any issues whatsoever!

No longer holding a charge. Plug into charger and will show charging display shows 100%. Once unplugged won't turn on and reads 0 clippers are not even a year old. Clippers are dead.

They don’t cut as sharp as I’d like and the clippers make a rattling noise like the screws are going to come out. Decent product for the price though. It’s get basic cuts done. The trimmers do NOT trim!!
