Took these skates out on a paved road that had some gravel on it and the wheels did very well rolling over without any bits of cement getting stuck in the wheels. The skates are comfortable, but could use a bit more padding in the foot area or arch support. The skates are not adjustable in size, but are easy to clip into. Size runs a tad on the larger side.
